I am sitting down to watch the Oscars.. I have feeling quiet accomplished today.. Got the Carpet shampooed, did some laundry, folded some, put some away, got on my bike, showered, and made most of the lunches for tomorrow. Wohoo!

Now, I think I am going to sit and write in my journal.

The only thing I've accomplished so far is writing a list of all the things that have gone wrong in therapy since about November last year. I wrote a few positives to try to balance it out a bit, but there haven't actually been many positives.

Honestly, I don't. I usually only get in the tub when I'm cold. Then I manage to overheat myself, but then I'm not cold anymore.

I don't even know why I can't enjoy them. I don't usually have that much trouble sitting still and doing nothing...but I just can't stay in a bath for more than a few minutes. It's weird.

An outdoor spa (do you guys call them that or hot tubs?) with a glass of champagne is okay though!

Recently I had "help" from the pdoc who messed me around, telling me medication would be the one thing that would help me and long term therapy is bad and I need to put things in place for an ending. The next time after that he said I was beyond the help of medication (after he'd tried one new medication) and therapy would be the one thing to help me, I just needed to "dig deep". He wanted to discharge me from the public (free) service because clearly I'm beyond the help of medication and he ignored my very strong demand for a second opinion. Well I've just had a random letter in the mail that says your appointment with pdoc is at bla bla time at such and such place.

I can't imagine what good can possible come out of this. I've never dealt with someone who has such a strong, firm, clear opinion, yet manages to do a complete 180 turn and still be strong and firm and won't take in any information in that doesn't fit with their own view.

When I was hanging out a lot with a group of people who lived in commune, they gave their kids broccoli pops - broccoli blendered into apple juice and frozen on sticks. The kids loved them. Of course they had never tasted the real kind, so perhaps it was not a hard sell.
