RTS, how about giving him a pedicure? I know, I'm weird. But he's probably having a hard time bending. And being a runner, he might appreciate it. I would probably be bugging him about his picks. T got me interested in baseball. But then I get bored fast. I can't believe Texiera is out Ie on the DL.

Our friend told us about a car show that his brother (also a friend) who's deuce and a half military vehicle is in a local car show. We're here now...it's fun. I love old cars! It's also good to see our friends' family. We used to go to church with all of them.

Planning to try skating this evening. Haven't been skating of any kind (roller only) since I was 7. I couldn't do it then. We'll see if I can do it 28 years later...lol!

Slow day around here.

I just got my workout in by chasing my dog all around the village. The naughty dog got out and would not come back to me. GRRRRR!

I am going to church tomorrow for the first time in I think almost two months. H is going out of town for the day tomorrow so we are gonna go to church with MIL. I would stay home, but H was very adament about them not missing church. However, I work at the church/school that we are going to tomorrow and the pastor was in the office giving a little preview of his sermon on Friday and I am looking forward to hearing it.

Good weather, spent the morning with my wife, bought some stuff on-line, KFC for lunch, buying a birthday present for myself this afternoon.

It doesn't take much to make me happy!

I hate laying in bed and not being able to sleep!!

My t gave me a meditation CD to try. She said meditation is just focused thinking. She wants me to try this so I can train myself to do it without a CD for times when my racing thoughts and anxious thinking gets started.

wonder if meditation and relaxation exercises will help with falling asleep

Back from another date.
We walked around a design center, went bowling and had dinner. Design center..meh... bowling was fun and dinner was burgers at a local pub.
