ha ha ha ha....that's great.

It is going to be healthy! And I am sure she will have a problem that the only non-sugar beverage will be water. There is NO way I am bringing some diet soda into my house. (unless my niece drinks it, which I doubt)

As I said Wikid, be sure to have H call the woman and give her the head's up that the party is vegan only.

As an aside, we bought a really nice cedar bench at an auction that was almost ruined by a giant woman sitting on it during the auction. I spent a bit of time this weekend re-enforcing and repairing the legs.

ETA: Sorry about the vegan repeat. We were cross posting. But, even if the party isn't totally vegan, I would have H "warn" them that it is, and that you're only serving water -- don't mention soda at all. LOL.

Had a funny or not so funny incident last night.... all I'm saying is that certain arthritis cream should contain warning labels to wear gloves when applying...

I told H that he'd better keep them off my good deck chairs, I don't think that they will hold the weight. Not to be mean, but they are pricey chairs. The 12 yr. old is the smallest, and she weighs 320.
maybe they will be to humiliated to come if your pastor confronted her about her behavior

They'd have to climb the stairs. Is that something you've seen them do? Seriously.

Post a weight limit for the deck. Seriously. As a legal matter, in my State, if they come, you have a duty to warn about known issues like the deck possibly being unable to support their weight if they're all up there together. We had a case where a huge number of people were all on a deck and started dancing. It crashed and the homeowners were liable for failing to warn the people about a weight limit for the deck. Huge money damages. Seriously, post a little sign -- weight limit 800 -- or something.
Thanks for this!

feeling kind of bad.. I really, really was planning on bringing the kids out to the Dollar movies, farmer's market, and lunch before my son has an appointment with his Allergist.. I just haven't mustered the energy..I am def. having a low week as far as moods go and I would much rather stick home, eat lunch here, nap when the kids nap then bring him in. If I could cancel the appointment I would.. but he needs to be watched closely (and I think he has grown out of his dairy allergy and I would like conformation)..

Tomorrow I am supposed to get my hair done and head to the DMV to renew my license.. I don't see myself going tomorrow either.

Just saying certain body parts should never come in contact with certain cream no matter how inadvertantly it happens ...

Warning Warning Warining....certain arthristis cream does not wash off with soap and water and apparently is transferable to others and remains active for hours..

Sorry you are feeling low Healed... is there any chance that you could make plans with a friend and her kids? Maybe that would give you a chance to be social and distracted and have your kids have fun too?

I always find it hard when I don't have a set schedule... weekends are the hardest for me...

I am glad about doma.

I am slightly concerned about the overweight bashing. I mean, I get not liking the woman because of how she treats you, but going on about her size and that of her family and how much and what they eat is different I think. Could you just put away the furniture you don't want people using rather than making it look like only certain people can use certain furniture?
Thanks for this!

Stop dog...I honestly am not trying to bash them, these are actual concerns I have. I am not joking about it! I don't hate them because of their size, but it raises legitimate issues.

Dont worry about it. I feel like im the worst at it. But I just hang around the playground anyway. Sometimes the ball comes at me and I actually kick it back in the right direction! In the meantime, at least we get some exercise and fresh air. Well actually exactly the opposite of that...! Oh well..

Wiki... I would just have H call the husband of the extremely rude friend and say that "in light of your wife's recent "performance" at the dinner for the "homeless" people that she is no longer welcome in our home. You are welcome to come but your wife is not. I realize this may cause some problems for you so maybe it is best if you only come to things that are only meant for us guys".
