tomboys sound like the best of both worlds. Are your shops dangerous or is it just the panic of being out with so many people?

Our shops are the most placid places its just so many people. i can go to individual shops in a street just not a large shopping centre.

Well I'm sure your T will find that you really needed to talk to him whether you violated a boundary or not... some T's would even be willing to see it as a good thing because you finally asked for what you needed...

I'm sure it will work out. My xT never responded to emails unless I asked him to. my other t didn't give an email address. Come back and let us know how it works out...

Thanks I will do. I've only sent him 2 other emails and he responded just to acknowledge receipt of them so i think he'll do the same again.

Madame T and I had a good sexual rapport. We were talking about spanking and she mentioned the film.

I thought maybe my comment/question was too personal. Wow... both my Ts were "Christian" and so I would have never been comfortable talking about that. Talking about sex in general is difficult for me but to talk about the things you like or don't like specifically would have seemed "too much" even though I could see that it would be helpful.

ETA: sorry for deleting thought maybe my comment was out of line

I've heard 3 psychological ways of thinking about sexual fantasies/practices (although I'm sure there are many more)

1. that your fantasies are the opposite of what you would normally do...as a way of expressing something that you wish you were or were like but you aren't like submissive fantasies but you really have a more dominant personality type

2. your fantasies/practices are really a way were your subconscious tries to work out something from your past by recreating it or repeating it over and over ...

3. its not a big deal its just what you like..

what was Madame T's philosophy?

Hey Healed... I was just asking CE about his post on another thread talking about the movie Secretary and I was telling CE that Madame T sounded very open to discussing sex...

Well I am down to 3500 emails...I finally parted with ones I was keeping for memories (from 2005-2011). Now just to tackle 2012 and 2013.

Enough for tonight though. I need to get to bed as I have to work in the morning.

Good night to all the Western Hemisphere people and good afternoon (? or is it still morning ?) to all the Eastern Hemisphere people.

She subscribed to the subconscious desires theory. But option 1 and option 2 are really two ways of saying the same thing.

I guess that's why senators are always caught in diapers and handcuffs.

How is option 1 and option 2 the same thing? I thought that for #2 it was a specific event ...ie... sometimes people recreate abuse situations or pick partners who are similar to a conflicting relationship to try to figure it out?

#1 made me think it was just a fantasy to think about being able to be something you truly are not but that you most likely would not carry it out it would remain a fantasy because its not your true nature?

On the real estate front: we have a verbal agreement.

But this tough negotiating takes me back to the tough negotiating that did NOT resolve: Madame T. Grrr! Angry! Down with Madame T!

When people "do the opposite of what they normally do", they are often "acting out subconscious desires".
That's what I meant when I said #1 and #2 are really the same thing. Inner conflict temporarily resolved in the bedroom.
#3 happens when people are at peace with the subconscious.

Good morning couch peeps. Wake up!

I had a strange dream: Sadie (my younger dog) turned into an ant with sparkles. (wtf?) She then mixed in with a bunch of ferocious jumping spiders. (WTF?) The spiders burrowed a hole in my mattress and I had to vacuum them up. Poor little ant Sadie. (WTF????)

I think I need to lay off the chia seeds at night.

I had a T ask me once about sex. He actually asked me how my orgasms were. I was really pissed off about that. It had nothing to do with the current topic, and I felt it was none of his business. T's always have a hard time believing my marriage is okay. They always want to pick it apart. Sheesh.

Just catching up on the couch....Is it weird that I was watching Secretary over the last couple days (LOVE that movie) and then it was brought up here on PC?

My daughter came home last night, and we just chilled watching DVDs. Woke up to rain and pain this morning. The usual. I have an assignment later this afternoon for a couple hours.

I contacted my agency about Monday's assignment because I know the client personally. That's usually a no-no. The manager said that she didn't believe it would be a problem. So, now I'm nervous. I am ok with interpreting for him, but I'm not sure he'll be ok with having me as his interpreter....especially since it's a guy I've known since I was a kid and he's having a colonoscopy. Oh well. If he decides he wants someone else, they will probably have to reschedule his procedure, and I'd probably get paid anyway. I just don't like the feeling of being rejected - even though I know it'd be nothing personal.

Speaking of spiders...

I've noticed these tiny spiders coming down from my living room ceiling. A couple here and there...and I've killed them. My daughter and I decided to inspect the ceiling last night and there were about a dozen of them. ACK! This morning, I killed several more. They're cute, but I don't want them growing up in MY house.
