ha ha ha MUE....here's a wiki trick.
First, vacuum the ceiling (poor little spiders).
Then spray a lemon scented furniture polish around the edges, where the walls meet the ceiling. Spiders don't clean themselves, so they are hard to poison, but they don't like the lemon polish for some reason. This will keep them off the ceiling. They are much easier to deal with on the walls.

That's what I meant when I said #1 and #2 are really the same thing. Inner conflict temporarily resolved in the bedroom.
#3 happens when people are at peace with the subconscious.
The problem with this is that one person's "inner conflict" is sometimes being resolved with another person (who may not share that opposite conflict) or at the expense of another person or as a replacement for the other person...

Wiki... that creeps me out...

I mean I could see possibly talking about O with xT but that would have been after 1 1/2 years ...

just out of curiousity did he ask you this before or after the whole P email that you mistakingly received from him.

Hey couchinistas. I am now Mastodon 2.0, who is not useless with my hands. Book binding rules. And I did it with a great group of people - none of us (we were twelve in the group) knew any of the others beforehand, and we came from different parts of the country and were of different ages and backgrounds, but we got along really well, all of us.

I made three books, from scratch, in five days. Well, not from scratch exactly - I did not make the paper or weave the coverings, but you know what I mean

Picture attached, because I promised granite I'd post one. You can see that the books are amateurish and they certainly have blemishes, but I am rather proud all the same.

In my old crockpot I have a batch of "beachy" soap. Kelp, seaweed, fresh seawater from the Atlantic, dead sea salt, comfey, aloe, shea and jojoba. No fragrance, and it already smells like the beach.

I was just looking through the books that I bought at the book sale yesterday, and it's quite telling about where I am at the moment. A few of them were fiction books that a friend of mine recommended for some mystery reading. The books I typically gravitate towards are self-help kind of books, psychology books and maybe cookbooks. So, this will be a change for me.

But, what's telling are the self-help kind of books that I picked up....

"Your Own Worst Enemy - Breaking the Habit of Adult Underachievement"
"How to Stop Worrying and Start Living"
"Emotional Genius - discovering the deepest language of the soul"

Seems appropriate for where I am in life at the moment.

Oh, and I also reached out to the bodywork person that T recommended. I emailed her letting her know of my prominent ailments (migraines, neck damage/pain, back pain), that I have issues with touch due to past trauma, and asking for a description of the type of bodywork she does and whether or not she believes she can be of help to me.

That was a step, right?

MUE...I boiled and double filtered the sea water, and then used it in place of distilled water. There is some controversy about using sea water, but I can't see the issue if it's boiled and filtered, then lyed, then cooked. Certainly no micro organism could live thru all that!
