She is so tactful! I OTOH am about as tactful as a ton of bricks. Which I've actually been told!

I knew I was getting myself into a Catch 22... I told my H he had to go to therapy for his porn addiction even though I realized (although I don't think my xT did when he strongly suggested I tell him he had to go) that we couldn't afford for both of us to go....

but now I don't really care if he goes or not... or if he watches porn all the time either... I don't care much about anything....

I just told my partner this and she about fell off the couch laughing at this. She is still snorting over me being tactful.

I did good today. I did some kitchen work when I woke up, then after t I swam for an hour, then tonight I did a load of laundry. And I ate healthy. Not bad. Not great, but it's a start. Oh and I did some work on my nails.

Couch has been slowly.. missing some regulars as well! I hope people are just having a busy week and that is why!

So, my new job means I only work m,w,f.. I am off today. Which is really nice, as my salary doubled despite only working three days off. It was so nice getting up and only having to get my D ready for school. Also nice that I have a friend picking her up on these mornings and I only have to do the pick ups.. school is almost a half an hour trip for us! My name is on the sub list for these days, so I am sure I will be called in one of these days!

Hey couch peeps.....seeing T in less than 3 hours....Not sure what we're going to talk about. *sigh*

Dropped my daughter off to my mom's this morning and headed out to my assignment. I love it when an assignment is done in an hour but I get paid for 2.

I am going to head out into the back yard and try to mow it....I was trying to be all gung-ho about it but then felt my sugar dropping. Stopped, dropped and rolled. Oh wait, no, it was stop, heat up an indian entree in the microwave and chow. That's it. I am NOT going through what I went through the other day with my sugar crashing. I need to be more mindful of that.

So, now that I've eaten, I'm hoping my levels will creep back to where they should be and allow me enough energy to take on the world. Or, at least my back yard.

I'm hoping that the couch peeps that have gone missing are ok. Miss them.

Hi Granite... I didn't realize you are getting a new Kitty... that is exciting... post pictures if you can... I love cats... There is nothing wrong with waiting to see the cat's personality before naming it... and if its your kitty you get to name it ...right?

Healed... its nice you only have to work MWF... does your D go to full day or half day Kindergarten?.... Do you have your s home on your days off? I always enjoyed my time with 1 kid at a time...

Thanks, RTS....Just got back in the house and the back lawn is almost done. I just have one area left by the swing set. But my mower ran out of gas and I ran out of steam. I feel accomplished...but yucky and sweaty. So, I'm going to hop in the shower and get ready to head out to my T session.

OH, and I found ANOTHER in-ground bees nest in my backyard where I was last stung. I was sure to be mindful of that area - and sure enough, there it is!

can I sayI had the most horrible dreams again last night .I hate when I remember them. I was kind of crazy and frozen in my dream and back in residential programs but it was the mothers home. I was freaking in my mind but couldn't move. strangers were looking at me and talking to me but I couldn't respond .I was frozen. other stuff went on around me, then people were in my face telling me that they were taking me to the hospital and that everything was going to be ok. then they put all kinds of iv's and tubes in my arm with medication and stuff. but I still couldn't move. then I was outside the hosp that was actually my grandmothers house .I couldn't figure out if I was alive or dead .I thought I was dead .I seemed to be able to fly around and had no feeling I could bump into things and go through things with no feeling. I would fly through people and they would die. in my dream I wanted to get to the aunt that was horrible to me in the past and fly through her so she would die and somehow prove to me that I was dead .it was the strangest dream. I woke up in a complete panic. I hate when I remember these dreams . I never use o but for some reason I seem to remember some of them now and then.

Do goes to full day, I headed into school to pick her up around 12:30 because I had some work to do.. It def. is nice. S is off on days off!

Hi Peeps. Why the slow couch? I feel we are ready for a spurt. Going on a cruise tomorrow nite. The Spirit of Lake Murray. It is for the host families of exchange students on a local lake. The kids are excited. I'm sure it will be not too unpleasant. At least there is college football this weekend.

Are you aware of glycemic index? White bread gets sugar into your bloodstream faster than brocolli. Ice cream, and chocolate are full of calories, but they are slow calories and take hours to work.

Sorry for not contributing, I have been busy with work, overwhelmed with life and generally just blah.....
I am playing in a golf tournament tomorrow at the official Cowboys ( as in football )Golf Course... I am a little excited as I get to hang out with a friend that I worked with years ago and now we are at the same facility again... he is like the brother I never wanted and I love him for it. Should be a good time.
