Cut my toe open on Sadie's crate...which I was trying to pack up because it hasn't been used in months. Sigh. But at least there is now room for my feet on my side of the bed.

I seem to be doing it rather well on my own... Thanks, wikidearest. I'm just feeling horrible. Like if you cut me open I'd bleed black ichor.

This was part of what I talked about today. The blackness inside my soul. Having a fundamental defect. Contaminating others by telling them about myself or what I have done or had done to me.

It was a tough love sort of session. He said he could hear my mother's voice when I talk about myself. He said listening to me describe what happened and how I think about myself turned his stomach.

I've been transferring all of my parents old slides to digital format and right now I am at the slides from the Woodstock festival back in August 1969.

I know. I so want one of those but I can't justify unless I started making bread for everyone I know. And daily.
Damn the low carb craze.

I had a blackness that filled me from edge to edge. But years of therapy shrank it to a lump of coal and eventually it vanished completely.

Score one for Madame T!

Why am I so panicky when I start work in the morning? Things are no worse in the morning than they are in the afternoon. Rationally speaking.

I think if things go okay then the afternoon would be less panicky than the morning where the day is still unknown

Anybody have any experience with ceramic grills? I'm thinking of getting one and ridding myself of the need for a grill and a smoker.

RTerroni, I was at Woodstock "94 and in a definite minority. Over 30 with no body piercings and no tats. It was a great show. Or at least the parts I saw. Allmans, Dylan, Melissa Etheridge, CSN, Peter Gabriel, Joe Cocker, Henry Rollins, Porno for Pyros, Country Joe, Nine Inch Nails, Chili Peppers, Aerosmith, Cypress Hill, Arrested Development.

Well I guess we have all of them covered because I was at Woodstock 99

Also my brother went in '94 (but he was only 21 at the time).

Where did it go? What did you do with it? I wish I had some faith when T tells me it doesn't exist and the feeling that it does will fade.

Thank you, also, for telling me this and extending some hope.
