And here i was thinking these sweet animals had this innate sense of fairness or fair play. I am too naive for my own good.
Thanks for this!

I just made the BEST breakfast. It was Sooooooooo good.

We have a Nespresso machine (wedding gift). My fave Nespresso capsules are the "carmelito" flavored ones.

Target just put out new Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice coffee flavoring for fall.

Target SF Pumpkin Spice + Carmelito Coffee = so freakin' good.

Then I made yummy low fat/low cal breakfast hash. Pam (no butter, no oil) + thinly sliced potatos + turkey bacon + eggs = yummmmmm!!!

I want another coffee.
Thanks for this!

I am addicted to mocha / caramel coffee. I am gonna try to switch to a fake sugar homemade chai tea soy latte.

This new japanese tennis player kei is wiping djokovics butt. With the current top 4 in mens tennis, its all about power and certain types of strokes - they hit the ball "down the line" and the other player has no chance to return it. But Kei doesnt always set it up for the other player to hit his best shot against him!

I'm feeling really alone. It's Saturday evening where I am. I feel sad and just alone with everything. I feel kind of restless and weird. I want so much to reach out to T but its pointless as she won't respond. My boys are both with friends overnight and I really miss their noise. My H is here - it feels weird. I feel weird and I think I feel angry. I just don't feel good about anything it's as if I am about to burst!

Happy Saturday everyone.

I have started drinking the bulletproof coffee (coffee mixed with grass fed cow butter and coconut oil) - I add cinnamon and nutmeg to it.

Is that what bulletproof means? I have heard the expression recently. It sounds slippery - like it would slide right out your butt! Now i have to google the etymology...

I'm not a coffee drinker, what do you mean by "bulletproof"? like it makes you feel superhuman or something? i might have to take up coffee.

I am barley holding it together this morning.. Did I mention that the day after we were dealing with my BIL and his psychosis, my son was stung by two bees (he is allergic) and we ended up right back in the ER where we were the night before? He is fine now..

Just feel out of control and angry.. really, really angry.

I had a dream that I was helping escort people to this big event at my old church....every pew was filled and people were wrapped around everywhere filing in.... Then when I was helping them leave as they exited the building they were horses not ladies...

Anyone want to interpret...

What did you end up doing, if you care to share? That would have made me anxious too, tbh.
