With a westie, I would be more concerned with yapping and scrabbling sounds. I am not a huge fan of terriers with their spunky high energy barky ways and all (but I know some people are huge fans and glad for it). My aunt raised scotties and I hated her dogs.
In fact, when I got my first puppy of the herding breed I am in love with - at puppy class the common refrain was "X breed are not like golden retrievers or terriers"

Scotties are notorious for not liking children and my father saw a Scotch Collie bite a small baby....

My aunt's scottish terriers were not mean - they were just extremely annoying. My current next door neighbors used to have 3 of them and I found them no better. Just not my style of dog. I am not super keen on retrievers either - and a lot of people adore them. The breed I like is not all that popular any more - a bit aloof and, for a herding breed, insanely lazy unless they decide they want to do something.

I could not watch finding nemo - it was way too sad and scary for me - except for the shark intervention and I thought that was funny.

My toddler likes it... And the little mermaid. I watch a lot of Disney. I don't care for Frozen though... I prefer the classics from when I was little.

I liked the shark intervention scene too.

T today didn't appear to be listening properly, was dressed ultra-casual and seemed distracted. and smiled too much...I don't know why this bothers me.
Today would have been my dream session but I've ruined it by being overly emotional...

I don't even know what to do. That came out of nowhere tonight.

Now I'm just waiting for anxiety meds to kick in so I can get some sleep.

I'll have to bring it up this week, but I don't think I'm ready to deal with it at the moment.

This is a first for me.

Could you bring it back rather than mail it?

Well then mailing it could be the answer. Could you have left it there in the first place?

****. I've had like 1.5 hours of sleep. My baby girl woke up for a bottle... Now she's wide awake and I can't get her back to sleep. And I can hear my toddler talking in the other room. I just want to go back to sleep. It's still the middle of the night! I'm so incredibly tired.

I almost spit out my breakfast laughing at this one - it sums up exactly how I feel this very early morning - i can't sleep cuz I have the ugh respiratory thing that's going around where I live and everywhere else too and I'm so congested I can't even cough properly and calling in sick is not allowed in January. Double ugh. Triple ugh. I will be at work today, but I will not give a flying fig about anything. While I'm ranting and whining, I'll add that I feel miserable at the moment.

And now I will try to put back on my positive and get on with my day.
