I'm like you, justdesserts. Planned activities are nice but I appreciate getting to my destination and just looking around, smelling the smells, watching the people, having something to eat, etc. Not so much rushing around..
Thanks for this!

Sigh - I'm looking for No. 4. My schedule and No. 2's availability this fall are so incompatible that I can't even see her every week, which I feel I need to at the moment.

That was the kind of overtime I would do every day - an hour at the end of my shift, and I did not get a single call. I sat there reading a book the entire time making time and a half.

Haven't you heard never to answer a question with a question, let alone two questions?

I have a fetish for Teddy Roosevelt.

Oh well, in that case....nah, Stone's actually not my type. I will confess though to getting a little obsessive about Glenn Close in 'Damages' (the craziness was the key).

Just googled Teddy R -- the mustache is totally hot. Although I'm sure you have actual intellectually solid reasons for your fetish (my knowledge of US history is rather abysmal).

Which reminds me I need to watch seasons 4 and 5 of that show. I definitely prefer Glenn Close in anything to the young lawyer played by Rose somebody, who as far as I can tell has but one facial expression and an occasional smile.

Eta: oh, I like young TR better than President TR. Rough Riders and all that.

Nope. Have not seen those yet! My mom (strangely enough) mailed these to me, my sister had found one of the long skirts that I love for $5 so she bought it for me, and my mom added the oreos before mailing the package. Usually she sends cookies to my son, kinda odd and of course my mind goes to what is her ulterior motive and what does she want?

My son is at school this evening trying to test out of one of his classes, so he can get into a higher-up one this semester that's on Friday nights, so he can add additional work hours on Tuesday and Thursday. What a go-getter, I am SO proud of him!!

I am an oreo purist. None of those crazy colors or flavors for me.

I can understand that. I'm a cheez-it purist - I don't go for all the fancy flavored ones lol I like the original.

eta: during the first couple months I was pregnant with my son, that's all I could eat was cheez-its, nothing else would stay down. I was surprised my son wasn't born orange.
Thanks for this!

I did not know they made other cheez it flavors. I rarely eat them - only at parties or something like that.

I always wonder about "real hickory smoke added." Is there a large amount of use of fake hickory smoke? And if you have to add it, is it real?

I actually would eat none of those flavors.
Thanks for this!

Hated 'extra-toasty.' I made a mild comment on FB that I didn't care for the extra toasty flavor- it tasted burnt. It looked burnt. Someone actually wanted to quarrel with me about it, "What did you expect it to taste/look like?"

Look, there's a range of difference between 'toasty' and 'burnt.' Why, yes, please give me the burnt, charcoal-tasting crackers... If I had wanted to eat charcoal.... Anyway, I answered this person's inquiry respectfully, then slowly backed away from his over-the-top rantings... Lol, geez.
Thanks for this!
