H is sleeping but i'm not tired and I'm feeling weird. Like I don't know what to do with myself. Normally I would start a poem but I'm kinda skeered of the feels that might come y'know?

hey Art, when do you see your T again? Keep me posted not just on the outcome but how you got there... please. I can't find the road back to my T and I could use a map or instruction set... a waze version would be best, but I'd even take an Ikea style at this point.

Any other kind of writing you could do? Maybe a 50-word flash short story? Those are hard, and not a lot of room for emotions.

Um. I was going to wait until 7/19 but (I am ashamed to admit) I ended up asking to come on 7/12 for a half session so that's what we're gonna do. I couldn't stand leaving theings the way they were this past Wednesday, and not even leaving it the way the phone call on Friday went. I just couldn't do it. So I'm going to try to go talk about it this coming Wednesday. I'm still feeling so hurt by her saying that she doesn't know if we can fix this or not. even though by the end of the phone cal she said that an almost-6 year therapeutic relationship should be able to withstand a blowup, it's like all I heard was her said she didn't know if we could fix this.

Good idea. I thought about working on my story I started in the class I just finisehd, but that's too emotional too being about bullying. I have a list of writing prompts I should go pull something from it. Thanks!

I can relate to only hearing what I am hearing and not really what is being said. I don't know which is worse, reacting to what I am hearing or realizing that what I am hearing is not what was said.

My kitty just crawled up on my pillow and snuggled up behind my head with her head in my ear. The purr machine has been activated. I think I better lie very still for quite a long time!
