I've had that before, the semi-conscious dreaming. It's kinda weird.

I get that too. Usually I am lying face up but submerged underwater, with seaweed floating around. It's very creepy.

I had a similar dream about someone named Katie, but she didn't turn out ok. The next morning I scanned every headline I could find but saw nothing about her.

I thought my T was going away to Colorado this weekend but he's going next Thursday so I'll have 2 more sessions

This morning I'm feeling really unsettled about this t break. I guess because I'm thinking so much about how I constantly over-identify with different parts of me. (Incidentally t didn't say that, that was all me.) Right now I'm for instance over-identifying with the inner little girl who is sad and feeling exiled from t. It's interesting and sobering and yes pretty pathetic to think that I probably do this over-identifying with parts (emotions) thing because at the core of things I really am still figuring out just who the hell I am. At 55. Welp I guess better late than never.

I miss t already.

Perhaps my burlesque poem for Sunday's meetup with the writer's group I joined will be about the round table meeting with said over-identified-with parts.

I don't know how ai'm going to do this

I've never gone more than two weeks without seeing someone in the past four years

I had a dream last night about M, that I ran into him later in the day and he invited me back to his office to just sit a bit while he worked since I was so unsettled at the end of the session. He was doing his session notes at his desk and chatting at me about random meaningless things, like stuff his dad told him, and how he structures his finances. I feel a little better because it somehow softens the abruptness, even though it was just a dream.

Friday I'll have all to myself, spouse works 14 hour days.

Saturday and Sunday we'll be together but usually we do nothing anyway, and it's a good opportunity for me to finally sleep.

Eardrum did burst.

Doc asked me how many times I have had it burst and I said just once.... he said nope several, there is a lot of scarring. So that was fun.... More medical proof of ***** that I can't deny. I don't know how to 'own' my past. I just want it to be in the past.

Why do we have to work through the past to put it into the past?

That one sport is great except that they have lost 3 in a row now and this makes me sad, I wonder if they can beat the LAD at least once... that's Duchess' favorite team and it'll make me happy to beat them....

Actually my favorite part of the sandwich is the "elbow" - or maybe its the shoulder? Where the top crust connects to the side, then when you cut it diagonally, it forms that cute soft little "C"? Thats my favorite part. They should make completely scalloped sided bread, then i would be happy.

That's my favorite part too except now i make most of my sandwiches on pita (ahhh pita) which means every edge is pretty much just like that

I like Olga pita bread the best. I have to stay away from olgas, or else i would TOTALLY look like an olga bread myself. I have some square flat john jacob weisenheimer rye danish bread. Not exactly joyful.

I have to exercise more. After telling me to eat drink and be merry at my appointment, my gp called me the next day and told me to go on a strict diet because my blood sugar was on the rise. So im trying to eat the way europeans dress. Make it count. And beautifully.

If you make your own cold brew coffee - try adding in a little cardamom and cinnamon with the grounds - I think it makes a nice change from time to time from just the plain kind.

I used to throw in two cardamom pods when I could still drink coffee. I also found out by accident (unlabelled spices) that a pinch of cumin is pretty tasty too.

i went to a job interview this morning. my former coworker's husband manages the store and she got me an interview. i hadn't even filled out an application!!!

the manager and i got along super well and he hired me. they're starting me at $10.45/hr!!! I start on monday

there was a 16 question math test with percentage off questions that you couldn't use a calculator for. i got 8 right, and he gave me the answers to the remaining 8. LOL

also i texted T and told him i got the job.

he sent back "Congrats!! So proud and excited for u!!!"

he wrote u for you, which is ODD FOR HIM.
