Hi, couch. Been busy.

Well, I survived my 2 weeks off from CVS....I stayed up till the wee hours of the morning every night and slept all day. lol This week has be fine too.

I finished my educational technology course. It was fun. I am back in another coaching one now. Ewwww. I have a horrible learning team again. They only want to communicate via text instead of the team classroom. I spoke against doing so and they forgot to remove me from the group text when they called me names and made rude comments. I screenshot my phone with those texts and sent it to the professor as proof that it happened because when i posted to the team forum about it, they denied it. *sigh*

I just got back from pdoc. Sort of kind of got my first Aristada injection today. We had some technical difficulties. Pdoc prepares the injection, sticks me with the needle and it won't inject. He apologizes and says we will have to start over. He switches out the needle and pricks the other side, still will not inject. He starts mumbling curse words at this point. He apologizes once more, pulls out the needle tries to push the plunger on the syringe without it in a muscle...it goes everywhere (probably about half the syringe). He curses again and digs in his desk drawer for another needle (as he had already used the 2 that came with the medication), apologizes and says we need to try one more time. He switches out the needle. Pricks me once more and injects what is left of the syringe. So, as I said...I sort of kind of got my first injection...not sure how much medication actually made it into my muscle.

Pdoc said he already did not like Aristada. He said I was the third patient it would not inject on. I told him to call the drug company an let them know of the flaw in the needle or whatever. His response, but what if I am doing something wrong? Then I will look like an idiot. My thought to myself: Swallow your pride.

So, I got pricked 3 times to get about half my medication. Joys.

So I just got a reply from a potential therapist I wrote two months ago, this Frenchwoman I was actually pretty interested in trying out, I just assumed when I didn't hear that she didn't have room.

She says she only just saw my email (I believe this because I remember I had issues sending it and had to resend) and she wrote to apologize, but I'm wondering now if I should try her out anyway. I can't quite remember why I was so interested in her. Better and less gaggy writing on her website and Psychology Today profile for sure.

No harm in it if you think she might be of use to you

Trying to distract myself from some intense yearning tonight. Except I don't want to distract myself. I want to immerse myself in all things T. That's probably why I'm here writing in dear t rather than actually distracting myself.

Just cleaned out my car. Still a little clutter in there, but it was too hot to finish. Florida summers.

Now to declutter my room as what was not trash that was in my car but typically did not belong in a car is now in my room. Lol.

I ended up crying a bit during yin yoga today (it's where you stay in fairly gentle poses for 5 minutes and is more meditative). I think the tears were about T and MC stuff. Like accepting their caring. Though the instructor was also talking about how her daughter just turned 7 and the passage of time. Things like noticing new freckles on her face. And my daughter is a year younger. So there may have been some elements of that in the weepiness, too. Hopefully no one noticed, or, if they did, didn't think I was a total weirdo!

Squirrel, you've been on my mind quite a bit recently. I'm glad that things have been okay. The Aristada ordeal sounds less than pleasant, though.

Guys I have horrible RoboT yearning today. I just finished day 3 of this training I've been in all week, and today we started talking about a different program than we did on Tuesday or Wednesday. The program is about creating concept imagery based on what you read, and the programming calls the image that the student creates mentally the Gestalt image.

One of RoboTs primary treatment modalities is Gestalt therapy. So every time the presenter was talking about the Gestalt image, which was at least 100 times, I got this pang in my chest and thought, "I miss him."

I don't know that I can do this another 40 hours.

Trying to decide if I want a salad with grilled chicken, spaghetti with sausage, or waffles and bacon for dinner.

I have a bit to decide. I have to leave for a meeting in 15 minutes, so I won't be eating till I get home.

Sounds like a great seventies outfit to me!

I was having a lovely relaxed evening when I realized I need to make my monthly call home today (and no doubt answer questions on why I don't answer messages).

I am cheering myself up (seriously) that I have so much crap to do work-wise that I can easily switch to ruminating about work before, during and after the call. Sheer bliss.

I hope the cusses were good ones and heard loud and far.
