I feel like the mood dropdown is missing some of my most common emotions. I would like to see obstinate, petulant, aggrieved, gleeful, enraged, smug, and disgruntled up there.

I think of us more as the smothers brothers - I am long suffering D (this site won't let me write out his name) and exhankster is T smothers.

Or Exhankster is Lucy and I am Mr. Mooney

After spending an hour with me he told me that I have borderline personality disorder. To which I said, "but I don't meet the DSM V criteria? And none of my other psych providers have ever suggested to me that I might have that diagnosis?" And he was totally uninterested in my thoughts on the matter, was 100% sure of himself--not even curious about why I might disagree with him. (I have a special hatred for people who don't have even the slightest bit of healthy skepticism regarding their own thoughts and ideas. It's not that I dislike confidence, it's that I abhor people who won't even entertain the possibility that they might be wrong.)

Also he's an MSW but the secretary that works in his office calls him Dr. so-and-so which makes me hate him even more--it's pretty ballsy to go by "doctor" if you don't have a PhD or an MD. (I am 100% sure he doesn't--I looked him up on LinkedIn/PubMed.)

I don't know what to do. He emailed me saying he'd been assigned to be my therapist. There was no, like, "how does that sound to you?" in the email, it was just a statement of how things were going to be. And since it's a program that has a lot of folks with personality disorders, they're probably suuuuuper effing rigid about boundaries and will be like "nope sorry you have to stick with the one you've got." (And also I'm afraid that asking them to reassign me will put me in the category of "demanding" or "controlling" and then they'll *really* feel certain that I have BPD.)

Why is it so freaking hard to find a psych care team that isn't sick or out of the country or abhorrent????
Does it matter if they think that about you? It sounds like you're not going to get much benefit from this therapist so maybe it's worth the risk of getting labeled. You shouldn't have pay to work with someone you don't like.

My angers gone. I'm going to turn up today.

I went to a bar yesterday and paid for drinks and desert for the girl who helped me get through my exam. I've known her a while, but I just actually told her how bad I was doing instead of saying that I was fine and she really was there for me.She didn't have to pick up my crying calls but she did, and I love her for it.

Ah I pretty much spent the session acting like a child, and calling him a promise breaker and telling him I didn't like him. I'm scared that something bad will happen to him and that he won't come back.

I'm missing ex-t, missing the relationship, the "us" that we were, tonite. Will talk to the little owl she gave me instead before I go to sleep. It's not sad or that painful longing stuff of the past, just a 'sigh' and a nod to the feelings kind of a thing, and a smile for the memories.

I think I shall always love her.

Bathroom humor, stick poking, blinky pictures, etc.

The cats would be allowed if able to pass the mature cat test. Kittens, while adorable, are possessed by demons.

My Tigger would fail the mature cat test, physically she's 5 years old going on 6 years but the way she behaves you'd think she was going on 6 months

I don't think ending with a T has to be a "I'm never gonna see you again." If you want the photos I would go.

My cat barely evens plays anymore and hasn't done for donkey years- she's just not interested in toys. But I think she's possessed right now. She's been attacking next doors cat, who just gave birth recently but I also found
out from my sister who went to see the kittens that the owners said she's also been going into their home and eating her food.
