Then what?

WFS -- perhaps really thinking through the 'Then what?' might help stop you from getting there?

Recovering from absolute rock bottom is so much harder than before you hit rock bottom. Could you take time out just for yourself even if it's nothing more than just watching movies in bed or having a bath with nice bath stuff.

WFS, please take care of you. Take some time for yourself, you deserve some pampering too. Watching movies in bed or a bath with nice bath stuff like Lemoncake said sound like lovely ideas.

I just realized that this 3 months of weekly that I recently embarked on will bring Lulabelle and I to the 7 year mark. 7 years. Dang.

My sister bought me a giant wedding card and amended it to turn it into a birthday card. It really made me laugh

I triggered myself

I was watching a top 10 on youtube and they put on a song that I find triggering I had to mute it until the next song came on just to get through the video

Music sucks sometimes...especially when there are specific songs that we can't listen to. I hope you are able to play more music that you find soothing and helpful.
