T also suggested a light... but he said SAD lights are pricey, so is there anything cheaper that helps? I'm not sure its just seasonal but i know every year at this time, it hits me

Looking forward to the second lego movie now.
The reviews were not good. I thought it might be worth it to see Misty Copeland. Was she on screen long? Was she wonderful? The answer to that last of course being YESSSSS!!!!

It's a what's-in-the-pantry kind of dinner night. I had a handful of carrots, a squash with a soft spot that needed to be used, some herb dinner rolls in the freezer that didn't rise well so were really heavy, and a giant head of cauliflower that's got aphids in it (ew).

I'm making carrot-squash coconut curry soup with giant herb dinner roll croutons, and I'm soaking the cauliflower to get the bugs off and maybe roast it.

They should have a Mom version of Chopped, where the professional cooks have to try to cook with whatever is in the fridge, and there will be someone at the door, a barfing cat in the other room, a kid who needs help with homework, and a toddler that wants to help or a teen that wants to go to the mall right now. Whoever gets something nutritious and sort of tasty on the table by dinner time without running away or swearing and kicking the trash can wins.

I don't know why, but I decided to look up my ex on fb. When he left me, he told me I was too fat (he was really skinny). Now, 15 years later, not only is his wife bigger than me, but he's big too! Karma? It makes me wonder why he tried to contact me a few years ago. I told him that once he walked out the door, I would never speak to him again.

What can YOU make with...

Celery!
Leftover gnocchi!
Parmesan cheese!
And....English muffins!

Your time starts now!

(All of those things are actually in my fridge. Unfortunately for contestants, my pantry isn't nearly as well-stocked as the Chopped kitchen.)

Slice the English muffins. Chop up the gnocchi and put on top. Drizzle parmesan cheese on top. Toast. Garnish with celery.

Did I win?

If you have a can of tomatoes - then saute the celery in olive oil, add tomatoes and parmesan, serve over the gnocchi with toasted english muffins on the side.

While you were cooking, the phone rang 8 times, someone needed a Band-aid, someone else wanted to talk to you endlessly about whatever video game they're obsessed with and you had to pretend to be interested, and the dog barked to be let out and in and out and in and out.

SO....As long as you didn't swear and kick the trash can, that actually sounds like a nice "let's sit on the couch and watch Seinfeld" dinner.

If you had a chance to audition for a quiz show would you do it. Even if it meant flying and being seriously short of money but you get the chance to win a brass mug.

After seeing that picture - no even more than the first time. I don't have any use for a big brass mug.

The real prize is A Chance to be on Television. Isn't that what everyone wants more than anything else?

I had to google her. but maybe 5 mins screen time they give her a special dance to explain the story of the realms and at the end when the credits are rolling.

Lol everything is awesomeeeeee. My chain cinema sells a card for £2.50 which gives you a like a pound off for every ticket and I still get a student discount on top and you get points for buying tickets. Then you can use your points for a free ticket or money off food.
