This time change is
Possible trigger:
. It's not even midnight and I'm exhausted. I'm just waiting for midnight to come for my week 2 of my class to open up. Then I can post my 2 discussions for the week and be done besides participation posts. I'm halfway done with week 7's discussions. 3 more posts to go, 2 more assignments. I'm just hoping I'm doing them correctly because my teacher hasn't graded anything yet.

I told my T about last night and all the thoughts that were going through my head. It was a hard session but I got through it. He asked if I thought I needed to be in the hospital to stay safe and give myself a chance to think about the situation with H.

Not related to that but he did ask if it would help if he brought out some fidgets for me to play with during session instead of my hands. I'm interested to see if he does tomorrow. I know he says he has a bin of them but I haven't seen or looked for them.

I didnt realise it had therapeutic value as well there was someone who had a stroke there as well as someone with a brain injury i am months behind but it was relatively simple to pick up.

This morning, things imploded. I've now written a poem and prepared a synopsis for a workshop I'm hoping to deliver at some point. I'm struggling, but somehow productive.

I'm sorry R cancelled. Do you have another appointment set up at least?

My part-time daycare baby is going full-time this month, kind of as a trial run to see how it feels. I both love it and hate it. It's nice to feel more like myself during the day and less like one-half of a parent/baby duo, but I still might pick her up early and take her to the park the next time the weather calls for it.

Oh, she totally loves it. I drop her off and I say, "Goodbye! I'll miss you!" and she is already off playing with their different, interesting toys and interacting with the other babies. One of her teachers in particular seems to think she is the bee's knees and greets her enthusiastically. And they do all sorts of messy activities that I don't have the energy to do at home.

Actually, maybe part of the problem is that my kid likes daycare a little TOO much...

Pretty sure I've now managed to irritate my H on his birthday, but he's been irritating me as well, so... at least he just left to go someplace, and I have therapy in a bit, then will go someplace afterward to work (I have trouble working from home when he's off work--took off today and tomorrow for his birthday--because he'll end up running around the house or watching movies loudly in his office or stuff like that).

ETA: And D was like, "I don't WANT to tell Daddy 'Happy Birthday' this morning! I want it to be MY birthday!" (sorry, not ready for you to turn 9 yet!)

LT, if you irritated him, so what? Adults are adults and know no birthday is perfect. (I know having the perfect birthday is a fetish these days but it’s unrealistic.)

I hope it goes/went okay @chihirochild I hope you were able to make it through the shift and be okay. I was tempted to call into work today, but I made myself come in and so far it really isn't too bad. I am waiting on some email responses from the controller but it could definitely be worse. I was just so tired this morning I couldn't even think about working, but here I am.

Hi Couchies, I had an extra long appointment with Regular T last night. It was like over an hour and a half. I was kind of exhausted by the end of it though. She just must not have had someone else booked behind me because she kept going. It was nice in a way though, to have the extra time with her. And since I've been struggling this week, it was a good week for that to happen. I'll try to write about the session later. If I can get my thoughts organized. I'm pretty tired today. I haven't been sleeping well at all. HUGS to anyone who wants one, Kit

Oh, and T and I didn't set a new NO SH goal. She just said, I hope you can get through the week, but no commitment was made. I feel kind of glad about that because I wasn't feeling ready to commit but I am nervous too because Pastor T said that if Regular T didn't set one with me, he would. I want to want to not SH but I want to SH if that makes any sense at all. I just don't want to be pushed into a commitment right now to NO SH. Ultimately that is my goal but sometimes two steps back, one step forward......Kit

I cleaned out the garage as a surprise for Wife, we were going to do it together but I did it thinking she would open it and be pleased but instead she said she will do it tomorrow and didn't go near it 😅😅LOL I guess it will be a surprise for tomorrow.

Yeah, Dr. T actually kinda made fun of him last week when I mentioned he took off for his birthday. (I mean, I've taken off for my birthday before--different now that I do freelance.) I think I'm partly scarred from a time when I was a kid and I wasnt' feeling well on Mother's Day and didn't want to go to breakfast, and my father said I was ruining Mother's Day...

ETA: My T said he thinks birthdays after 21 are all downhill. Then he was like, "Sorry, that was more dark than I meant it to be."
