So 8 members of my extended family have got covid- 4 of whom are in hospital.

F2 doctor cousin, but his brother and father went to hospital today.
Uncle and aunt from maybe 4 days before. Their grandchild and their daughter in law now too.
Another uncle who was doing building work at the doctor cousin's house.

They have all been in contact with each other.

Yep. I don't have plans to go anywhere else- a trip to the supermarket at the most. . I'm not going to meet up with my friend R either despite being invited to hers. Trying to put a positive spin on it, but I feel more okay with not going back to London now then I did before leading to the run up to Christmas.

I start my new subject Gyne and obs, so I'm back at the hospital from the 4th and I do love seeing newborn babies.

Made it 'home'. Not that I expected to have any issues migrating over.

I cant believe people. People are whinging about not going anywhere for Christmas. because of the recent outbreaks in capital cities I also cant believe people are putting down Mickey Mouse And other fake names on sign in sheets at pubs and clubs.

I need some funny pictures please. I used to go i can hazcheezeburger but the site is a nightmare now. Where does everyone else go. Sometimes to really cheer me up i go read the Darwin Awards but lately it jut makes me sad.

I remember a time when this changeover would have thrown me for a huge loop. I would have been put out for days and think it was done just to upset me. Now i am like everything changes.

2 more of my cousins are sick and tested positive too. One is getting better but the 12 year old is pretty sick and on top of the other symptoms he also is getting terrible migraines now. I'd be beside myself if I were his mom.
