My sister has a sewing room, with one (narrow) wall that's all shelves, that she has filled with her fabric, ever since she put that together I have been envisioning a yarn room.
That would be great! We have some type of crafts set up in a second bedroom that serves as a craft room and then transforms into a guest room as needed. But no place for yarn there. We really need a bigger place for all that.

Morning couchies! I slept in again (so glorious) and after taking care of the cats went for a walk. Day 1 of my 2nd 10 day commitment to myself. I'm focusing on what I'm grateful for today for the good stuff, instead of letting my head fill up with the not-so-good stuff. Walking every day has had a couple of good effects, I've been sleeping better (which I'm sure has a lot to do with my having had 9 dreams in the past 2 weeks to work on in therapy yesterday haha!) and also
Possible trigger:
H and I are planning to go drive around a couple of neighborhoods we're considering branching out our house search into, just to make sure they look like what we want. And before he wakes up (he was up half the night watching tv as usual) I'm going to work with a couple of my dreams that L gave me some interesting thoughts on yesterday.

I had a really bad anxiety attack and it was a comment from someone I had called that triggered it.

It lasted almost 2.5 hours until I calmed down. Currently in bed, crying and eating Pizza.

My retake exam is on Wednesday and i was just feeling like I've made a mistake. There's a chance to go in person to the office and deregister for the exam without it counting against me, but I missed the online deadline which was yesterday. We're only allowed three chances with each exam.I didn't know there would be more dates in and after June. I've developed more anxiety in general with choices.

Thank you, but I would be lying if I said I was okay. Need to get back to studying, but I'm exhausted.

I've been here for almost 4 years now. I just want to say thank you. These messages really do mean a lot to me and I'm honestly grateful for all the support I've had over the years. I really do love you all without having "met" you guys in real life.

My favoruite movie (You've got mail) quote:

“The odd thing about this form of communication is you're more likely to talk about nothing than something. But I just want to say that all this nothing has meant more to me than so many... somethings. So, thanks.”

I always wonder why parents post that sort of thing. Is it staged? Who is standing there doing the taping? Was it the security camera? And, either way, why would you post your kid doing something kiddish but stupid (or why would you stage such a thing) to the world? That just seems weird to me.

Today is two weeks off the Pristiq for me, after 3 weeks of tapering. I felt a little dizzy at times when I first went completely off, but that's gone now. What going off has done is definite mood elevation--I'm really happy a lot of the time when before I would just have felt content. I don't feel depressed at all, but I can get pretty upset when I'm upset (like with Info), but I think it's no more upset than I used to get, it's just a greater contrast with my normal mood.

Also much more energy and focus, and

Wow just went out to the shops and ran into my exT didnt recognise him at first as he has put on weight grown a beard down to his chest and has waist length hair. He had shoulder length hair when i first saw him then cut it short. I think i am right about the mid life crisis. If he hadnt said something i wouldnt have known. We had brief chat about how i am doing and he asked about my kids. I am feeling confused now.

Also our water iwas a strange colour and smelled funky and lots of people got sick and now the water smells like a swimming pool and is still undrinkable. Our mayor said the water was fine and demonstrated taking a sip on the news but a sip isnt drinking a whole glass. I dont drink water straight from the tap anyway.

I am really confused about the no more communication between exT and I. I think i will just try to ignore him again. Thinking i need to see someone over this. I am finding hard to feel the connection i had with exT right from the beginning with other Ts.

Thank you.

I couldn't sleep. properly. The following feels like the right thing to do-

1.I emailed the first private psychiatrist I saw in 2017 asking for an appointment this week and also the other doctor at my local hospital who would see me for free, but I suspect he will still have a long wait list as I didn't get back to him before about the middle of feb appointment.

2.I'm going to go with my friend (formerly known as creepy guy) to the department tomorrow morning as ask to cancel my exam place on Wednesday. I spoke to my friend Jo who is the student rep person and she spoke to another student who did the same thing and the secretary might be annoyed by it but you're allowed to do so without losing a chance as long as you don't do it on the day of the exam and write a letter of apology to the doctor. So hopefully that will be sorted.

Despite what the mayor says if it looks and smells funky I wouldn't drink it either. Can you buy bottled water for the time being?

You mean besides being tall with long black hair, a goatee beard and blue eyes? He was relxed and interested and not pushy. The last T i saw was always leaning forward and smiled too much. My gp laughed at the smiling but there was something wrong with amount of smiling. It didnt seem sincere.
Honestly when i first saw him i thought he was the most handsome man i had ever met.
