I watched the rest of the available episodes of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. The last episode almost made me cry!! Now I need to find a new series to binge watch while I continue going through paperwork. I think I'm on the last bit of it, though.

The aunts are actually pretty similar in both, Hilda especially. Just a bit darker in Chilling Adventures.

Season 3 of Chilling Adventures seriously annoyed me, but I’ll probably watch it after I get to Riverdale’s new season.

I'm kind of glad that when I moved in with my friend, I didn't unpack most of my stuff. I was living in the living room for a while, so it was just easier to stow most of my belongings in those plastic storage boxes with wheels. Then when the other tenant moved out and I moved into the room, I felt way too lazy to unpack it all.

My neighbour growing up. She was nice. I remember her red hair and she gave us crisps once.

I had an Aunt Helen. She was a hoot. Swore up a blue streak, BIG personality, always laughing. No red hair though, or crisps.

I also had an Aunt Helen. She was a hoarder and I'm not sure I ever heard her speak.

But my point is that there is really only one truly famous Helen that people fought over. It was not hard to get your allusion.

Ah heck — someone called in sick for tomorrow and I’m first backup. I hope someone will volunteer to take the shift (which actually happens fairly often because we have too many doctors and not enough available shifts), but if not I’ll have to go in. And it’s the hospital 30 minutes away instead of the one that is literally next to my apartment. Plus I have a bunch of packing to do and was hoping to get a good chunk of it done tomorrow.

Harumph.

Aaaugh and the doc who was on over the weekend is a lazy sack of you-know-what so all of the patients and their charts will be a wreck.

PLUS the person who called in sick is on all effing week, and I’m on backup every day but Thursday. So if she keeps calling in, I’m going to have to pick up nearly the whole week.

THIS SUCKS.

Chihiro, maybe it would help to just wait and see if any if that happened before getting too down about it?

It’ll totally be a pain if it all does happen, but why put yourself through the emotional wringer if it doesn’t?

Aaaand no one volunteered. Fml.

@@ you are totally correct that this would be the superior way to handle this issue. But for some reason if I don’t get the mad out of my system before I go into work, I am furious all day long at work, which is less than ideal.

Uuuugh. Stupid job. Stupid brain.

I tried to go swim today, but when I got there I saw that the pool was closed today once I got in the locker room. Bummer! The spa was open though so I availed myself of some relaxation. After the guy left who was there too, I tried an adjusted version of treading water for a little bit of exercise anyway but it was not successful haha. Asked on the way out what ails the pool and they said it's got too high chlorine levels (the water did look very cloudy) and the pool guy should have it fixed by tomorrow. I hope so! I have been looking so forward to water aerobics tomorrow evening! Meanwhile the pool in our subdivision is still broken and empty. I feel like writing them a letter asking when I can expect a refund on my hoa dues for the past however many months the pool's been empty/closed.
