So my shenanigans last night were apparently just what I needed... I'm still feeling much refreshed this morning and have already done my 4 hours of overtime. Now I have the rest of the day to weekend.
Hugs and head nods all around as needed/wanted/appropriate, as I head to the kitchen to make a spinach/egg white omelette. Yum! |

Just home from taking my oldest to the airport, she can't shake the dust of this place off her feet fast enough. She was panicked this morning but seems fine now. I hope she can enjoy the flights and has a blast with her friends. She is planning at least 4 but possibly 6 weeks away, and I can't help thinking she might stay permanently. Sigh.
