I’m glad they are treating you well, Polibeth and that the symptoms will resolve themselves soon.

I’ll be able to take notes during the training but I’m not sure if I can refer back them during the certification test. I am hoping so because it’s not like even the most seasoned employee never have a question about something.

Glad you're feeling better and your heart rate is OK. Myocarditis sounds scary! And that they're letting you ease back into work.

I’m here at work. I have to get out of the car to start the log in process for the course by 7:45 and I honestly just went to turn around and drive home.

I've had the most random dreams lately. Last night, in one of them, I was dressed as a moose for some reason, maybe for Halloween? But the antlers wouldn't stay up, so I had to keep holding them up on my head, one in each hand. And I'd keep forgetting, then be like, "Oh right" and hold them up. I imagine it could have some interpretation that I'm trying to be something I'm not (and doing a poor job of it). But why a moose?

Oh, interesting. I mean, I am intending to reduce to twice a week with Dr. T soon. And I'm contemplating career changes (maybe just looking for full-time instead of freelance). So maybe one of those?

I picked up some fresh pico de gallo last night at the grocery store (I really should start making it myself) it just looked soooo good. I added some of it to my scrambled eggs this morning and I gotta say it is yummy!

Hi Artie,

One of my favourite YouTube chefs has a brilliant
on basic sauces, and it includes a salsa/pico de gallo.

Doesn't sound too complicated.

HUGS, Kit.

I'm not sure what you mean by rough, but if you are feeling unsafe, then it's probably a good idea to keep your T in the loop.

Hugs, Kit, hope you're doing OK. Not sure on contacting your T, if you haven't yet. That seems like a good thing to discuss with her next session: when you should contact her.

Thanks, Artie.

This is my second day of feeling like utter crap.
I've cancelled work tomorrow, and need to find a way to allow myself to rest that doesn't involve lying down...because that involves coughing.

I can't remember the last time I had this much fun.

Hugs, Lost. I hope you feel better soon. Maybe prop yourself up with some pillows? If it continues this way, I'd consider seeing a doctor.

OK, I've signed up for an online 10-week memoir-writing workshop through Gotham Writers. It starts the first week of April, which is also the week that Dr. T is now away. So I figure that's something else to focus on that week. I thought about a 6-week one from another organization that starts later, but I think I need 10 weeks to better establish the writing habit. If I like it, there's also a level II and level III course. If I don't like it--ah well, maybe at least it helps as a jump-start. And then I could either try a different course elsewhere or do work on my own if I want to continue.

One last pic of current project, I just finished! Had to stand on a chair and hold my phone up high to get the whole thing in the pic. I decided to gift it to one of my friends at work, whose birthday is tomorrow.

Looking forward to starting the next project, as soon as I decide what it shall be.

I’ve done four or five classes with Gotham (fiction, not memoir-writing, though I am currently writing a kind of memoir about hearing loss and my mother) and they’re usually quite good!
