Some of you know that my middle son, whom I hardly speak about, was here last weekend... no a bit longer. He left for home last Thursday. On Saturday, after he got home, his B**** gave him the news that she no longer wanted to be married to him and left him with their two kids. We've been in contact. Last night he found out that she's been seeing this man for a few months. She told Chuck, my son, that he'd better not piss her boyfriend off because if he does, her boyfriend will hurt him, and if he doesn't, his friends will.

This is a woman that has NEVER been faithful to my son! She's controlled him and abused him... and now she's making threats against him??? Who does this slutty skank think she is?? Hubby and I are on the verge of dropping everything and flying up to OR. If we do, we're taking a group of Hell's Angels with us, by God! Anyone gets the fear of God put on them, IT'S GOING TO BE HER!!

Lord! I'd better stop! This Momma Bear is too ready to rip and tear those who have hurt my baby!!

I'm sorry. I just have to vent. I'm shaking all over and my heart is going pitter pat fast enough to beat the winning horse at the races!! Seldom have I felt murderous, but I sure do NOW!

That little wench might learn a few things in the custody hearings about how the courts feel about repeated infidelity, and about being the spouse who leaves. Make sure your son is gathering evidence every second he can. Is she already cohabitating with this new guy? Even if your son is able to provide full custody, evidence will help in negotiating the shared custody.

I don't know anything about the laws in OR, but she sure as heck ain't smelling like roses!! Grrrrrrr.......

yep, and i wonder how she's going to feel about all that child support she's going to have to pay...then jail if she doesn't.

i so agree about son keeping everything written down...everything. exact dates, etc. he should call the common pleas court, d.r. division, and ask for paperwork to schedule a hearing for emergency temporary custody. or he could just call an attorney to do that for him, but he should do that a.s.a.p. she's left the home with the children in it and the courts should know that. it will be for the best in the long run. actually, i think he should call an atty first thing monday morning if he can.

if he has an answering machine, he should avoid answering the phone and let her leave messages...from the messages she's giving him, they would be great to use as well. there are many things he can be doing right now to help himself and the children down the road. i hope you don't mind my saying that. but i worked for attys for 5 yrs and so many ppls didn't get things documented and it hurt them in the long run. i'm sorry if i overstepped my bounds here.

Dang! I forgot to tell him to document everything! I don't think she's co-habitating with him yet, but she's staying with her sister right next door to my son and the kids.

He called this morning to borrow some money for an attorney and said he'd probably be going to his birth mother's house to stay for a while. He's already got his appt with the attorney for Monday morning. The attorney came highly recommended by his birth mother (a pro at divorces - I think she's on her 5th?) and his new therapist. So we've got our fingers crossed.

Poor baby! He's on a roller coaster. One day he's flying high and the next day he's grieving. If only he could be three again like on the day I first say him! He was so beautiful, sweet and innocent!! Well, he's still kinda cute! LOL

Some women give the rest of us a horrible name. I cannot believe this. I would be livid if I were you too!!
I have to agree with what others are saying. The courts do not take nicely to people who are unfaithful and the fact that she left her children with your son will reflect on her if she decides to go for custody. Technically she did abandom them and it is a big deal.
My thoughts are with you and your family. I am so sorry that he has to go through this, but look at it this way at least that horrid woman will be out of his life and he can find someone who will treat him right.

Oh, Sweety! I'm not only livid, I'm physically sick! I knew this would happen sooner or later and I'm glad it finally happened, but I can't stand the thought of how much my boy is going through! As we all know, it's the getting from here to ------> there that's the toughest.

It's going to be really interesting how this progresses and what insights he gets. His birth mother did exactly the same thing to him when he was three. It's also interesting that in the week he spent with us, he RE-gained a brother and a mother, just to go back home and loose his wife. Too weird. There's a force mightier than us at work here, I think.
