Today my IOP therapist talked to us about changing our thoughts. I have a negative thought that I'm a disappointment to everyone. So now I'm going to look at the thought more rationally.

Yesterday I was sad and wanted to self harm. But I did DBT coaching with my primary T and then made a blanket, instead.

I am still feeling a little down in the dumps. I keep forgetting to take my morning meds (really it's only lamictal). No delusions for a couple of weeks now. So that's good.

No delusions, I don't think...for awhile now. But I convinced that a bad spirit or demonic presence is haunting me. I keep finding signs that further my conviction. I don't think this is paranoia related to psychosis though...I'm pretty sure this is actually happening.

My brother is in town...I haven't seen him in a year. He brought his girlfriend and two kids and this is the first time I've met them. I like them but I don't get alone time with my brother. We used to be really close. It makes me sad.

ME- I am becoming so paranoid now about there being a negative spirit in my house that it is starting to affect my every day life. I am convinced that something is haunting me but others think I'm hallucinating and having SZA paranoia. I have been taking a lot of precautions and putting a lot of time and energy into trying to rid the spirit.

I'm leaving this afternoon to spend the week with my mom and sister. Feeling really paranoid about the whole thing. Took a Klonopin but still really anxious.

I don't know why I'm scared to spend time with them, prolly because I don't want to accidentally bump into my ex-husband.

Saying prayers I don't see him, and have nothing but a good time with my mom, sister, and niece. Also seeing 90 Minutes in Heaven, which I am looking forward to....mmmm....movie popcorn with layered butter.

I stormed out of my IOP today because the place pisses me off. I'm not going back. It's the most useless, unhelpful IOP I've ever tried to utilize. What made me more angry is the IOP therapist tried to make it sound like it was unhelpful because of me. Um, no...it's because the place sucks. Sorry Charlie.

lol thanks for reading, I forgot I have one. Yeah I didn't realize there was no indication, I just assumed people would see the pink in my sig and know but then again anyone can like any color

I think I assumed you were female because I saw the pink, too, but saw no other indication and don't like to think of someone being a certain sex based on color choices lol. Cuz like, there are guys that like pink (I think)!

I used to enjoy art but find I don't have much patience for it. I've never knit anything before, I may try learning one day though it seems like a good hobby
