I just learned something new. The read was interesting. Thank you.

I document a lot of my dreams but not ever night. I wonder if I can find my dream signal(s).

Kurhea! I'm glad you're back. Sorry your meds make you sleepy. And sorry to hear you're having troubles with being followed. Hopefully you can switch to a different med and get things cleared up.

Mimi: Part of my spiritual training back in the day was trying to learn how to lucid dream. I was never able to make it happen. But, keeping a dream journal is supposed to be healthy for your brain. I don't do that any more but think about starting it up again.

That's awesome! I'm glad you finally got some decent rest, I know everything's worse when you aren't sleeping well.

I just found a note from the post office saying I have a certified letter waiting for me. I guess it came on Saturday, but I didn't see it until today. Not particularly wanting to drive to town for bad news.

I checked the tracking number. It was sent from Boston. Can't think who in Boston I have any business with.

I'm worried that people don't believe me, when I try to tell them about the things that are happening to me they call me delusional. I'm not, I know whats going on, and even if everyone hates me I still know the truth

I had such a good day today. Now the walls are falling. (Literally it looks like the walls are crumbling) I keep trying to mentally put them back up, but its not working. I feel like something unpleasant is going to peek in.
I'm trying to stay in the good day. I don't want to mess it up for my wife. She's having a really stressful time at work right now.

I'm showing signs of tardive dyskinesia(that's what I get for staying med-compliant for as long as I have). I'm sorry but, **** my life.

I had some weird hand movements my pdoc was worried about they only lasted about a week after getting off that med so you might be able to reverse it like that. Hoping for the best for you.

That's encouraging to hear. Hopefully it will be okay, since I caught it early and all. Hoping for the best. Thank you for your support, you're very kind.

I was asked to volunteer at an event, but I am no longer interested. The person organizing it is very disorganized. He gave out assignments without asking what we wanted to do. I also just found out we have a meeting tomorrow morning. 8 am for volunteer work. Forget it! Sorry for complaining.

Apparently I'm officially happy and expressive now. First the pdoc noticed it then my mom now my best friend...she said I was sort of like a zombie before...I really didn't know. I felt fine in my head but I just wasn't expressing it. This drug decrease is great...can't wait until I get off entirely.

There is a mouse in my apartment.

Apparently, I am depressed. My doctor asked to increase my medication again.

Hi all! I hope everyone is doing well. It's getting close to 2am & I can't sleep! Ugh! I had my job orientation today & came home with tons of paperwork to do which took me hours. I just couldn't get my brain to think & sort it all out. I finally managed to get some done but not all. I've got another training tomorrow & then hopefully I'll have my brain in the right gear & I can get through some more of this paperwork. It's my 7th year doing this so you'd think I'd have it all figured out by now. Ha ha!

Yes absolutely...I think that's what some of the crankiness was...my old emotions returning but I just didn't know how to handle them. It's really wild. I mean even I've noticed that I'm laughing more. It's great.

I have a Great Dane. They'd make a great pair.

My son's trying to quit smoking again. He's a bit irritable. I hope he makes it this time.

This makes sense.

I have noticed Abilify makes me feel somewhat muted.
