When it gets to -35C/-31F, I can get a cup of boiling water or coffee, throw it in the air and it will evaporate like a cloud. Pretty cool. The oil rigs have to shut down at -50C because steel with shatter at that temperature.

-40C/F, breathing isn't an option without the right gear lol because I live in the mainland. It's not like in Ottawa or Toronto where there's moisture at -40.

But up north where I was born it will get below -50C/-58F.

-89C/-128F was the lowest in Antarctica lol. 50 degrees C colder. Now THATS cold.

But hey.. We also got our record high last summer at +40C/104F

yea but then i forgot what the alarm was for. i thought it was to wake me up and i keep turning it off and forgetting its for meds. but i took it now. i been forgetting my AD too. sh_t.

Oh I see---I only had once a day so I just set it to a time I knew I would be awake. Can you put your meds somewhere you'll see them when you wake up? I always left mine sitting out on the bathroom sink so I'd see them but you could do a night stand whatever too.

This is going to cause you some real problems if you dont take both meds every day.
Set your alarm for evening so you dont confuse it as being an alarm clock.or give them to your dad to hold and have him give them to you on time every day. Its important.

i have my alarm for twice a day. i left mine on the bathroom sink. but idk where else to leave them. maybe by my computer or by my bed. sometimes i dont go into my bathroom in the mornings. usually i do tho. idk i told myself i wouldnt do this and here i am forgetting AND not wanting to take it. i forget my AD and sometimes my AP. and sometimes dont wanna take my AP. but its a lower dose. so why shouldnt i? but i suspect its not gonna do anything (since i just took it) not even make me sleepy. but we will see. last time i took it it didnt do anything - not even make me sleepy.

i would but my dad works night shift so he cant. plus he said hes relying on me to do it. so i got a lot on my shoulders with that.

but i CAN feel my mind unraveling slowly.

I thought he was working days?
Set your alarm for bed and take them together at night using your alarm.

Its not so much what it's going to do but what its going to stop from happening. I know none of the APs work great for you so you're not going to be symptom free but you need to take enough to stay out the hospital...if you stop taking it altogether that is likely to happen because even people without sz will get psychosis from rapid AP withdrawal after taking it for a while.

Maybe you can use a second passive process like putting it into google calendar or something--I know that will e-mail you but it will also send push notifications to you phone if you have a smart phone and they can be configured to be silent so if you look at your phone it will say take meds or whatever and then dismiss when you unlock.

he was but they changed his schedule. he wass supposed to also be off teusday but hes off thursday. they keep changing his schedule around.

yea none of the APs work great for me. i also think my AD isnt working. i was taking it long enough and just right for it to start. but i dont think its working at all. i do need to stay out of the hospital. and its so hard for me to. my mom actually said to me "try to stay out of the hospital" im like "uh ok i KNOW". it was embarrassing.

The 13 year old was with my brothers group of friends. The girl is known to be sleeping around with other older guys. According to my step-mom he will be tested for STD's. My brother was so drunk he doesn't even remember if he used a condom or not. As for the grandmother who provided alcohol and weed, my step-mom's friend (who was also apart of my brother's group of friends) is calling the police and CPS about what happen that night. Which police will be talking to everybody and the 13 year old girl could claim rape like she did with then other guys she was with. Although I agree... an 18 year old and a 13 year old have no business having sex together. Yes, it's quite a sticky situation.

Can you ask your pdoc for a lower injection than what you were.getting from your old pdoc?

I know you hate them but you have trouble remembering to take your pills.

A lower injection would save you from having to remember. Just be honest with your new pdoc.

thats exactly what i was trying to get away from. this new pdoc doesnt do injections and im hoping to god my old clinic didnt send in records without my consent to my new pdoc. the whole problem was AFTER trying to get off the injections my pdoc wouldnt even lower the injection. he wouldnt do anything with it. no lowerig. no quitting it. so thats the main reason i changed docs is cause he wouldnt do any of that stuff.

You would think this grandmother would be smarter than that.
Doesnt she realize this could get ugly?
Well I hope this girl gets some type of therapy. This is a symptom of something larger going on with her.

i was just like saying how i tried to get away from that.
i frget very easily.

so scary. im seeing shadows ghosts demons. i thought there was someone in the house and i freaked but it was a demon or shadow idk.

You'd think but people down here are a bunch of hillbillies/rednecks. Dad talks about how much better it is down here than Columbus but this situation makes me think otherwise. Lol not that I plan on living with my dad.
