Well it's been like 3 months since our brake up. We've talked about "moving on" but we've both agreed that since we have a lot of history together we just can't simply "move on" in a short period of time. He mainly broke up with me due to him feeling like his depression and anxiety will get in the way and he's afraid to "hurt" me. Since we broke up He's going to therapy and it seems to help him. He's also apart of the anime club at his college and is talking to more people there. He even has a crush on one of the members there. However she's moving to Texas.

The thing is, If the two of you have been so close for such a long time, no matter what happens, your good friends. A lot of exes dont talk to each other. The two of you do. Who knows what the future holds! Maybe you both just need time to work on yourselves for now.

Yeah! We talk to each other on Facebook everyday. I consider him my best friend. Hell we might get together and like my mom says "make her Hispanic grandbabies" (that's the first thing my mom said when she found out I was even talking to him).

Erti: I love that dress! You look gorgeous! What an amazing blue. Even if you don't end up together like him, it may be for a good reason. Even if you end up with someone else they won't be like him but they might be better in their difference. At least you have a good friend. That's important.

Punky: I agree with Sometimes in that you can't always fix everything. But, she needs to learn reality checking which is very hard. Does her therapist work with her on this? The first key though is she needs to know it's happening. I don't think this is something you can fix on your own. The reason my husband is good at it is because he's so blunt. If something is not "real" he will just come right out and say it. His straight forward approach sometimes makes me mad at the time, but in truth I'm really grateful for it because he does help me a lot. Even if I am mad at the time I come back later knowing he helped me....

Sometimes: Hahaha... poultry shaming! That's hilarious!

She is home normal, explained what happened and I gave her a slight reality check. She accepted my theory. From what she tells me, a couple of teachers also did too and that is why she calmed down after a couple of hours.

Thank you for helping me realize I cant/dont have to fix every hallucination.
Im usually calm and laid back but for some reason, this one just got to me.
Thanks y'all.

Waiting for call backs from a couple of places....Something has to be done. Find a school where she fits in or find SOMETHING.

I cant sit here and blame the school. Its a public school and there will always be bullying. As far as schools go, the staff at this school is very supportive but they cant be everywhere all the time. She just needs a different place. A different school with kids like her. There is nothing around here though unless her IQ is 70 or below. I kind of wish it were. Then she could get all the necessary assistance she needs.
Erti said:
"True but it's the schools responsibility to take care of the bullying... weather they call their parents or some sort a disciplinary action."

I agree with Erti. I don't know about the laws in your state, but where I live public schools are now required to take some kind of action to stop bullying when it becomes a problem. Sorry your daughter is going through this.

She has a T and Pdoc appointment wednesday. I am going to mention it to her T as something to work on. Thank you for that advice.

I'm sorry you're having a bad time.
Not sure what advice to give you. Is there any possible way of disposing the body?

Punky & Bean Bullying is awful, and so is paranoia. Whether it was objectively real or not, it still feels the same. I don't really have any advice other than to practise reality checking with the T. I hope it helps!

Poultry shaming! LOL

We just had a conversation at the supper table. I explained how she is able to reality check pretty good when it comes to visuals but that maybe start to work on checking when she is paranoid or hearing voices.
She agrees that she thinks thats what happened today.

That's great---for me the important ones to deal with are the recurrent ones you don't want her to start establishing fixed beliefs around some core theory because its so easy to slip into the same delusions/hallucinations its like the brain pathways become enhanced or something just like if you were practicing a talk or even learning a new game. So yeah if something keeps coming up again and again focus on those because the rest often just disappear on their own.

I can't move it. I'm stuck. It's not the one that's here, it's in a different world. It was on the beach and the tide came in.

My mom is definitely spying on me. Hope she sees this post and decides to f**k off.

I think she wants to get me back in the hospital. Someone's messing with me.

Roll Call 18
Camera/production crew outside my house setting up hidden cameras. Thought I was done with this when I switched docs.

EDIT: Here's hoping they realize they can't get anything out of me...

She's probably worried about you. I doubt she wants to get you back into the hospital. She just wants you safe.
