Where can you go? Just a long walk maybe? Do you have woods nearby?
Or maybe stay on here and talk...

Call the doc so she can up them maybe? As long as you are taking them as you are supposed to every day, then have her increase the dosage so you feel better.
Going to your moms house will be a nice break from being home.

Okay.
That makes sense. I understand.
I just get a little bit worried when you get so paranoid.
But as long as you're handling them well, then that's a good thing.

Hi Kureha! Nice to hear from you

I went to the GP...I was so scared but he was very nice. I think he's still safe, but I didn't say much just in case. I showed him the lump but I didn't say what I thought it was or that I wanted him to cut it out, so he just dismissed it as nothing. We did my BP and weight and diet and exercise etc. Then he asked who I saw at the CMHT. I started crying at one point, can't remember what set me off, but I hoped he wouldn't notice, though he eventually did. I ended up saying that I didn't trust them at the CMHT because of how I was treated at the hospital. He knows I was sectioned and had ECT against my wishes and said that must've been traumatic. I said it wasn't just that, but that they'd said they didn't believe I had depression or heard voices. He was very nice and said that I could come back another time to talk to him about it all if I wanted (I'd already been in there double my allotted 20mins) :/ but I doubt I will because he's very busy and it's not really his job.

Anyway I survived the appt. Nothing has changed, but at least he'll get his brownie points for doing the review. And I fobbed my Mum off by telling her it was all about my BP, weight and diet etc so she doesn't suspect anything.

I forget that you're across the pond and said its afternoon over there already.
I was thinking about you and your appointment this afternoon but it looks like you already have been to it!
The time difference always confuses me!

Well it sounds like it went very well for you and I'm glad your doctor was understanding.

It was nice of him to tell you that you could come back to talk to him if you wanted.

Feeling better about it now?
(((hugs)))

yea i do get really paranoid. i cant control it either. iim a lot like kureha. im a targeted individual who gets followed by cops and citizens. i think my paranoia is justified. i really do. so i hate calling it paranoia. i only call it that for tha sake of being on these forums. but i cant control my fear i mean. things have been getting out of control lately past few days. im scared to drive now.

Well, you're going to have to be careful it doesn't get to a certain point where you can't be in control anymore. Remember what happened before.

I know you're frustrated because you want to feel better without so much medication and I understand that.
Just be safe.

I'm great, I just feel kind of "off". Not psychotic, but I'm oddly energetic and my thoughts won't stop racing. It's kind of driving me crazy. Thanks for asking.

Is it warm where you are?
Can you go outside and walk it off?
Racing thoughts drive me crazy too so I know what you mean.

Umm..yea. Lol.
It sucks. Too cold to do anything and I'm really tired of being stuck in the house. And it sucks when there's nothing left to do at home either and you just sit there and sit there with nothing to do. Ugg
