Speaking of chickens....

'Chicken from hell' dinosaur gets a proper name

This is pretty cool. It isn't everyday you get to read about a new dinosaur being discovered and named.

We got these little mix in instant coffee things from Starbucks in our boxes at work.... I don't drink much coffee but it was vanilla late flavored and so I was like "mmmm." Welll.... now I'm more like "Blech." I have to go dump it it's just not yummy at all.

I thought about your cartoons when I posted to facebook yesterday. Here's my status:

"It's getting crowded in my bathroom. Normally it's only Bridey and Sylvie in there while I'm showering. This morning I had Bridey lying on the bath mat, Sylvie on the hamper, nine chicks in their box, and Martin standing on the toilet crowing."

Bridey's my Great Dane. Sylvie's my cat. And Martin is the rooster, of course.

That's hilarious.

Oh, I think I'm going to do it! I'm going to make a chicken comic. But, I think I'm going to do a web comic and it will be free. It will be the first thing I can really use my Wacom tablet for.

well the voices are gone but im still really anxious and paranoid. T is helping me thru text. telling me that its not real. we meet tomorrow. i might go see a friend tonight bc my mom put some money in my account just now. but i need to be on a budget. just wish this paranoia and anxiety would go away. some friends came over earlier but i made them leave cuz it was making it worse. nowim home alone. might take a seroquel and a nap.

Really hope you feel better soon junk! Can you make some toys and play with your kitty later? Maybe try throwing crinkly paper balls in a box for him? I hope you can sleep, and that the nap helps.

I'm so tired today. I didn't sleep very well last night due to bad dreams. Lots of tossing and turning. I really hate when I have a night like that. Ugh!

I know you're rationing your Xanax---have you had any today? You could be experiencing withdrawal its often worse than your original anxiety because your brain stops making GABA when you have Xanax and you need GABA to block anxiety. The other thing is alcohol adds to the Xanax effect and I know you're also cutting calories so maybe you've cut back on the drinking. Withdrawal from either of these is potentially problematic and could be causing your symptoms...

Sorry to hear that cracking. I hate bad dreams! I like to put on kids cartoon movies like frozen, tangled, beauty and beast, etc, while i am getting to sleep. Sometimes that helps. (Sometimes not)

i magically. literally magically got ahold of my dad and he told me to go spend some time with the neighbors. but i already did yesterday...idk how thats gonna help me. i think he was calling me from the bathroom because hes not allowed to have his phone on him. i feel so bad for bothering him. and i cant call 911 or theyll take me to that godawful greenoaks in dallas where they have holding tanks insteads of rooms.

Have you taken your AD this morning? Is it not working well? Can you ask your pdoc about it?

Do you feel like going into another hospital---you could always just call a cab and go check yourself in...I know you want to be well for your trip to California...
