BTW Newtus I have had something similar

That happened a few weeks back.
Seriously your pdoc will have seen people much sicker some people only talk gibberish at times if they even talk at all so I would not worry or try to hide it because it's something they should be assessing. Very early on when my pdoc asked for my medical records and I hesitated he said something like in order for this to work we have to be able to trust one another and this is true from day 1. It's also true about drug use they can't breach confidentiality unless you want to hurt yourself or somebody else so you can be totally open with them but since it can trigger psychosis it will help them come up with a diagnosis...

Oh dear...well Ok. I just gotta flick off the nervous gremlins from my shoulder
And just go with it. I have trouble coming clean about all my issues but you're right
for it to work I will have to be open. thanks. I was fine last night but when I woke up today my thoughts were like,OMG it's really happening tomorrow and then I started to panic. lol.

I am gonna meditate before I have to go to my appointment
That should help.

It not like you need to actually tell them everything right away it's more like don't lie if they ask something directly...

Right, UGH I am gonna need to do A LOT,of meditation to calm my nerves.
So like what if They ask about drug use,I smoke weed but it's not legal at all
where I am,not even for medical purposes..Could I get in trouble for that?
for telling them that I smoke it?

Oh my head lol...Sorry Today I am feeling Nervous,Energetic, and fearful.
I hate conflicting emotions. They make me feel all weird.

I need to do my aura cleaning meditation followed up
by a calming and self peace meditation.

Nope...they can't say a thing...this will almost certainly come up due to potential drug interactions etc...my pdoc when he asked me about this was just like I need to know everything you are taking every herbal medicine drug vitamin etc. because for first episode psychosis they are really hoping you don't have a mental illness and they can diagnose you with something else there is a whole class of drug induced psychosis just for this purpose...so they need to figure out if the pot is triggering your psychosis or whether you may have one of the illnesses that start with the schizo prefix.

Oh i love roasted asparagus!

I realized I've been cooking and cleaning up meals without eating them. But the cooking is still fun. I still have my tunnel vision today, going to play fetch and tug within the fence with the dogs.
Saw the mummy boy on the neighbor's garage roof kind of like to see him.

Ok thanks.
Well I am gonna go do some yoga
some meditations and get my restless mind at ease.
Then make some dinner. (Btw just a tip I have learned to
NEVER meditate on a totally empty or a totally full stomach)
I get the best results when I eat a small meal before hand.
Like a salad. When you meditate you need
to feel lighter in all ways. even the Buddhist monks believe that.

Oh have you tried that meditation I mentioned yet?

I just googled what a asparagus sandwich is and they look super easy and yummy. If anyone has any super easy and healthy recipes can you let me know? I have an eating issue and maybe if I knew how to make more healthy and easy things I could help fix it.

Healthy Eating Made Easy: Nutrition Tips and Easy Recipes - Prevention.com.

These tend to be some of the easier recipes that are also healthy although you might want to try cooking light magazine for its super fast section those are easy and eating well occasionally has some easy ones too as well as clean eating. These guys vary in what they will give you free on the websites though.

I get the food network magazine and i like it!

*trigger*
I use watching food shows, reading food magazines and recipe books, reading food blogs online, etc, unhealthily. BUT i have also genuinely learned a lot that way.

Food blogs sounds like a good idea too. I see a lot of recipes on my tumblr dashboard, but generally they are for sweets.

A friend of mine took it... Works pretty well in the short term but it's much weaker than Xanax.

Melatonin helped me sleep but for some reason it made my mood plunge into some seriously frightening lows. Unfortunately I can't take melatonin anymore for that reason. That may seem strange, but that's been my experience with it.
