Blarg! I have to get up in less than 5 hours, and i am nowhere near falling asleep. Too late to go back on making it a no sleeping pill night though. Guess that mean i just get to look forward to it tomorrow, right?

I can't seem to fall asleep either Gr3tta. I am tired but my brain won't shut off.

I'm at work and I'm here until 7am. Sorry you both are having a hard time sleeping

Kind of both. He's suppose to be asleep, but he's been waking up a lot this night. He has nightmares sometimes which wake him up. I usually will wake him up if he has a nightmare so he can go back to sleep afterwards.

We kinda already have...lol (((hugs)))

Still in hospital.
They have started the clozaril. When we talk on the phone, it sounds like she is on speed!
Only 15 mg so far so were praying as they go up in dosage she will balance out. We go to see her saturday.

Today is a great day so far

Feel like I can't relate to anyone here, no one understands the gang stalking and I can't relate to what others say.

Can you tell us more about how this relates to government mind control?

Idk what it is but I used to shower pretty much everyday. Since that psychosis I shower every 4 days is so. I've even went a week without showering.

I don't understand it either.

Im not being gang stalked KUREHA so no, I cant relate or understand how this must feel.

BUT....I listen to your concerns and care about how it makes you feel and I care about what happens to you my friend.

If I have something that may be helpful to say to you, I certainly say it but if I have no advice to give you or words to help, I tend to stay back and let someone who has had your experiences help.

Your cat Louie looks like my cat tiger. But tiger is fatter. I've tried everything to get him to lose weight, even took him to the vet and had him tested for everything. He's healthy, the vet didn't know why he's so fat. I have him on diet food too but he hasn't lost any weight.

I love that shirt. It's too bad those words aren't on something you could see all the time.

I had this piece of jewelry I didn't like. But it had the words "Fear Not" on it - three times. I liked the message, so I couldn't bring myself to throw it away. So I threw it into a drawer in the kitchen and forgot about it.

Two days ago I dug it out when I was looking for something else. I decided to cut it up and just keep the three Fear Nots. So, I cut it up and left them on the kitchen counter. This morning when I was getting ready to leave the house, I noticed them there and put one in my pocket.

A few hours later I reached into my pocket and felt it there and thought, "What is this?" I pulled it out and read "Fear Not." I could feel myself relax just from the message. Every time I touch it now, I relax a bit.

I don't know if it'll keep on working that way, but so far it's been great.
