i think selfies are ok as long as you arent taking like 5+ a day. i say one a week is good. but i used to know some people that would just take them all day. but i like seeing selfies from people who i dont normally see like family and stuff.

got my shot. so...guess what. i made it a WHOLE MONTH without hearing any VOICES!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so happy! T is very happy too. this is epic!!! and it was a very stressful month!!!! i finally met my goal!!!!!! maybe things ARE getting better!!!!

my therapist keeps saying i got symptoms going on so she wont give me back my hour therapy. she said even when i DO get back my therapy - my dads gonna have to sit in the hour therapy too! im like WHAT! she said MAYBE ill get it back in a few months. im thinking *A FEW MONTHS!* ugh.

haha wow, just did some counting (I can do maths, me) and I've had 14-15 admissions to the psych hospital in the space of a year (from July 2013 to July 2014). Bit much, no? Didn't think it was that many :/

No doesn't seem paranoid in the irrational sense of things. My computers were hacked not long ago and I kept getting strange system messages pop up on the screen. I typed these into Google for support (see if anyone had similar problems) on the issue to find nothing, was definitely an attack solely on my computers, compromised everything I had.

ok jw. it was by my cousin and i was jw if it sounded like paranoia.

i feel little paranoid myself right now. i dont think thatll ever go away on meds...
