my anxiety is building this morning.

I have to make a clinic appointment for March and I'm going to feel the same way. I canceled all my appointments last summer and fall. I get so anxious it's terrifying.

I still recommend making a self care box...if you get too stressed out you can play with the stuff inside to calm down.

Would a picture of you dad help or something scented he uses whether it's just soap or whatever...

i actually did end up making a self care box. i put some polaroids in there and a tiny journal and some tea. its a small box tho.
