That kind of sucks, you pretty much can't drive safely without salt on the road...

i saw T today. it was productive but hard. we talked about former T and sex. i told him some things and i began to cry and i didnt wanna cry. we talked for a good while but then i started dissociating and i basically left the room mentally. it was like an emotional flashback. i felt comfortable talking to T about former T and sex. but after a while the memories came in like a flood and i drifted away. i feel better now more alive but still kinda out there. i texted T afterwards and said its hard to talk about that stuff but im glad we are doing it. he said good.

I'm listening to a podcast on fear. This guy is folk singer and has stage fright and went back multiple times to an open mic night....so nervous and horrible every time so he actually made a song about stage fright to sing to start our his set and it sort of calms him down to do the rest. I kind of wish I could do that song....I was noticing today when I was playing with my uke that I was really relaxed. Music sort of takes you to another place....

Yeah my scars are old scars with newer (about a year old) scars on top. Looks a real mess, probably not going to heal too well. I might post it on the si forum if it's allowed. Don't want to trigger anyone but I can't see that it will, I would imagine it would scare them off, be more careful, or just think about what they're doing.

Yeah and some countries make it easy for the blind by changing the bills to larger or smaller sizes based on denomination.....

My boyfriend hasn't been going grocery shopping daily lately so today when I cam home from work there was no food to eat except this meat sauce which made me sick. When he came home with food 5 hours later I horridly binged and over ate, I keep belching because I over ate and it hurts a lot. I panicked about lack of food and felt the need to over eat to make up for not eating a whole day. I'm probably going to throw up :/
