yes i did lose 35 or so pounds and i avoided diabetes and im very thank ful for that but im very thankful i didnt gain the problems that came with what i put my body through. in december and january there were a few weeks i didnt eat for a whole week. literally. im not proud of it. its not healthy.

i did it because i was scared to death of diabetes. i was prediabetic from seroquel 3 years ago. 180 pounds. and i didnt want to be there again.

I'm wayyyyy beyond that now. I can't lose weight via ordinary means right now. I don't know how or if I ever will. I hope you'll feel better. It's not good to starve yourself for a whole week at a time. :/

Good morning (:

Apparently I'm too skinny and need to eat more. I can't. I think it's the Vyvanse. Btw, Vyvanse has recently been prescribed on label for food binging.
Thanks for this!

Ice cream and milkshakes are your friend. Very high calorie.

It's not stupid, it was a compulsion but you can fight that. How are you eating now?

Has anyone tried the herbalife shake things? Supposedly they are nutritionally sound, but I'm skeptical. I've been considering it on and off. I know that with my personality I won't be able to do that exclusively. Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on it.

You should buy some cans of tuna in water, it's super low calorie but really good for you. Get chunk white, and put hot sauce on it. I love it!

Of course it doesn't keep me full long but at least it has nutrients.
Thanks for this!

I did herbalife years ago. I lost 30 lbs on it. It got expensive with all the supplements your supposed to take. Otherwise I was happy with it while I was on it. As soon as I stopped I put the weight back on.

I'm not keen on expensive, so that's good to know. If I do it I may cheat and just use the shake powders for when I'm to busy to make something to eat... Which is actually almost always.

Funny enough though, my husband asked me to make him a wrap for lunch and I went into work mode and grabbed a tomato.

As long as you don't eat more than 1-2 cans a week due to the mercury...

Have your tried smoothies? They are a nice step forward from sodas until you can get more used to water which is the best option.

I used to have problems quit drinking soda but now I go without it with no problem. I drink Crystal Light, usually get a few different flavors each month. I still drink Coke once in a while but more on special occasions like birthdays, holidays. etc.
