I'm awake if you wake if you want to keep talking.

I'm up. I got up around 11 pm. So I'm still in a weird schedule. The problem is I decide to take a nap in the afternoon and then end up sleeping long into the evening. 😵

That's OK. I'll get it right somehow. I'm sorry you're still feeling wobbly. Just hang in there. Don't do anything you know could be wrong.

My schedule is still off. I woke up an hour ago.

Oh, sorry, didgee. But you're doing better - you got up a little later today. I got up earlier.

I struggle with my sleep-wake cycle. If I take naps that are more than 30 minutes, I am screwed.

Have you tried taking your naps earlier such as 8 or 9 hours after waking up?

Yes. Sometimes I can handle a nap, if it's short. But lately I'm just full on falling asleep for the 24 hour period. I will get it back on track though. But, I also have chronic problems with my sleep schedule. I'm a night time person living in a daytime world.

You can sleep for 24 hours? If you can your body must ache when you wake up. The most I have ever slept was 16 hours. I only do that when I am in a deep depression. Usually I need 8.5 - 9 hours. I can get by on 7. Anything more or less gives me massive headaches.

I like going to bed around 2 am and waking up about 8 or 9 hours later. I try to plan all my commitments in the afternoon. Sometimes that isn't possible so I'll settle for late mornings. As long as I don't have to wake up at 6 am and get 7 hours I am okay. I'm hoping to find a job that suits my sleep schedule.

Oh no, I meant I sleep for that day when I try to nap. I end up sleeping for 8 hours. Sorry I wasn't clear.

I would do that too except it takes me much too long to get ready for anything so I have to be up very early in the morning to get ready for an afternoon appointment.

Good luck finding a job! I hope that works out well. I wish I could work, I really need the money.

I need two hours. One hour to drink my coffee and eat breakfast. The other hour is for showering and getting dressed. I hate rushing, because I always seem to forget something. Why does it take you a long time to get ready?

I'm looking for part-time (15 to 20 hours) work with help from an agency. That is all I can commit to. Anymore than that would be very stressful. I tire out quickly because of my anxiety disorder. I'm not one of those people that can go non-stop and needs to be around others 24/7.

I really need money too. ODSP is poverty money. The only way my situation will improve is by making money. A subsidized apartment would help, but the waiting list is years long. I don't have the patience for that so I've decided the only other way is to make some money and attend one class per semester. I'm miserable in this basement. I need to get out. My mother keeps telling me my mental health will improve once I get out of here.

I really hope you will soon. I feel like I'm in prison because I never unpacked here five years ago, and the place is horrible with cartons and clutter. I'm so unhappy here.

It takes me a very long while to get ready to go anywhere because of all my health problems. The COPD makes me very slow and my bad back slows me down.

My place is cluttered mostly with art supplies, piles of paper and magazines. It is a plain looking apartment. I have no idea how to decorate and make it look nice.

Why haven't you unpacked?

I didn't know you had COPD. It must make doing physical activities hard. I was aware of your back issues.

Yes. I didn't unpack because I was trying to escape what I thought was a stalker - which was only my psychosis - but I thought he'd followed me again and I thought I'd have to run away again so I didn't unpack. I hate it here.

Cpn came round. She only wants me in hospital if I want to go if I think it's best. I don't know what's best. The crisis team are ringing tonight and seeing cpn again tomorrow. Don't know what to do. I don't want to go to hospital but I don't feel safe. Maybe if she got me some meds and kept busy somehow I could deal with it at home. Just all I can see is jumping off the bridge. Don't know what to do

if you're still thinking of the bridge it might be best to go to the hospital. You deserve to feel and be safe!

I have a CT scan today. I can't remember why I'm having it. I wish my memory was better. I truly have no idea what it's for. Anyway I can't have anything to eat or drink for 4 hours before. This is really cutting into my caffeine intake. So tired.
