Why do you take such a high dosage of Cogentin. I'm wondering it part of my day long attacks are due to akethasia instead of anxiety...

Have you taken small steps. Sometimes I treat myself to a theater, coffee shop, bar (use to, now I'm sober), walks, animal shelter, you could even volunteer, library. Baby steps.
Thanks for this!

Did I imagine there was a long post from Tweaky here? I was going to come back to it but now it's gone?

I just got Windows 10 on my laptop. I like it so far! Much better than Windows 8.1 Now I'm just waiting for Windows 10 on my phone. I can get it but so far it's pretty sketchy. A lot of the apps aren't compatible with this version. Plus, the music app is still needs a major update. I can't even explore music or anything. Music/lectures/audiobooks are essential for my boring job. Still, it's headed in the right direction I believe. It is just a preview after all, not the complete operating system that's meant for the public.

Sometimes I want to drive...
I don't like having to be dependent on other people to drive me places.

I have no privacy when my parents drive me everywhere.

Tomorrow is my official last day of IOP!
Next week is my first week of schizophrenia group. It would have been this week, but our car conveniently decided to break down. :C

Last night I was visited by a spirit. It pulled the cord to my computer out and I had to restart it. People say ghosts arent real, well, to hell with that! I have been visited by spirits for a while now. They are definitely real and it wasn't a hallucination or a delusion. The computer shut off and when I checked the problem the cord was unplugged, so I know the ghost pulled it.

They like to create mischief.

Thanks. I thought I saw another really long one but maybe I'm confused. It might have been removed by a moderator too. :/

im thinking about living in an apartment when i goto university and im very scared for my safety. plus idk how im gonna afford it.

when i was in an apartment last time i had a roommate. which was a dud. the apartment rules were to bring no third parties inside the apartment because they were like dorms and she had brought in a homeless woman to sleep on the couch after i went to sleep. she also used my stuff like my microwave and never did the dishes or helped clean up her messes.

then i worry about my safety because 5-6 guys were banging on my windows saying "im gonna get you" and "we see you" and were harrassing me and i had to call the police.

it was a total catastrophe and i never lived there again and this was all in 1 week.
i am scared for my safety here but it doesnt really affect me unless i go outside to smoke. when i go outside i get more paranoid especially at night. i feel safer inside my apartment which is different from my last one. the last one i lived in was in a very rural area, it was like 5 apartments on a farm. i constantly feared someone was going to break in and murder me. when i was psychotic i heard people out there moving things and talking about me. were you psychotic when the men were at your window?

the only roommate ive ever had was my sister and we werent in each others lives much then.

as far as financially, my disability pays my rent and electricity. bc i live in such a sketchy neighborhood my rent is low ($385 +water included). my mom pays my phone and internet. i still struggle month to month. having a job helps

I'm starting to only take my Cogentin 2mg in the morning now. I think I might be getting a tolerance to the side effects like akathesia.

I'll report back if I need to take more.

Right now my pupils are still massive xd

Yes I wrote two long posts but deleted them soz

All is good now. For now.

My dad made sure that I know he will help with school which is good. He also said he would keep paying the 1000 for child support for my mom to buy food and stuff instead of taking 1000 from my disability.
Thanks for this!

i wasnt that paranoid when i was in there until AFTER that happened. like no one believes me that they said that but there were throwing basketballs at my door. they were athletes at the school. i think my roommate brought them around idk. i was on seroquel then. and other meds so i was stable. i was going to college.

i dont want to live in a sketchy neighborhood. thats what im afraid of. i need safety.

whats apartment living like? can you tell me?
i read reviews on 1 apartment and they said you could hear people having sex upstairs. and the maintenance is shoddy.

loud neighbors... mine is full of drug dealers. the lady that lives beside me is nice, we have talked a few times. my landlord is usually nice to me. he knows i have PTSD.... he wanted to know my sources of income so i had to give him my disability statement. he doesnt know about my psychosis though, i didnt feel comfotable telling him that. he didnt say anything about the disability

You can hear a lot the neighbors do including sex. It's not pleasant. The loud music makes me sick.
