i just took a shower now im watching roseanne. ive seen every episode of this show but i just watch it over and over because it comforts me.

debating as to whether i will go to target with my friend or just stay here all day

i just want to isolate so bad. i am isolating. im not talking much.

I wish I never had to go anywhere again. Just the thought of it is making me feel sick.

Am I right in thinking you've been dealing with psychosis for a while now? I wouldn't worry too much about labels, the most important thing is that you are on the right meds & are taking steps towards recovery.

I'm afraid! I don't think I can cope with this. Last night I was wishing my life would end so I wouldn't ever have to go out again or face my fears. I'm so tired and I am afraid.

Do they have ACT in your state, they could come to you....alternately have you ever tried any kind of cbt, dbt or act therapy. They can help with anxiety and also acceptance of how things are.

how do you live on your own? how do you handle it? especially with neighbors? you live in an apartment right?

not sure what u mean... ive lived alone since 2012. it was really hard at first but i was also very psychotic at different points. also i was in that program and had 24/7 support. since i left in nov. last yr things have been ok for the most part. my T is my main support. are you asking about being alone? sometimes i feel lonely. sometimes i like being alone. its weird. ive had paranoia issues with my neighbors for a while, but not as bad since i moved to this apartment. but my upstairs neighbors are very very loud. right now theres a man and a woman up there fighting and her 3 yr old is running back and forth. ive complained to my landlord but he ignored me so whatever. i just accept it and try to not get angry.

I did that once and a couple of weeks later half my tooth crumbled off. I needed a specialist root canal because normal anesthetic wouldn't numb the area. It cost me €800 to repair the tooth. I'd get your tooth checked out asap, if there's pain it's usually a sign that the root is exposed and that's bad bad news.

Had a great day at the National Ploughing Championships in Laois today. Sooooo many farmers, cattle, tractors and various huge machinery! It was a bit of fun, loads of locally sourced foods and meats. We went looking at some livestock, I pet a cow,, they where so cute then we felt the immediate craving for beef.... we got burgers. Very tired now, just chilling with a glass of cider and watching Scream Queens! You guys should check it out if you love comedy horrors! Reminds me of a bit more serious version of Scary Movie. Brilliant!

Waiting for dinner to finish then I have to go out and register my dd for basketball. I don't want to go. I wish my husband were home to do it. I'm feeling especially anxious about it. I hate feeling this way every time I leave the house.

well i meant with being lonely. also with your safety regarding around other people in the complex. also if you could tell me financially too thatd be great.

im thinking about living in an apartment when i goto university and im very scared for my safety. plus idk how im gonna afford it.

when i was in an apartment last time i had a roommate. which was a dud. the apartment rules were to bring no third parties inside the apartment because they were like dorms and she had brought in a homeless woman to sleep on the couch after i went to sleep. she also used my stuff like my microwave and never did the dishes or helped clean up her messes.

then i worry about my safety because 5-6 guys were banging on my windows saying "im gonna get you" and "we see you" and were harrassing me and i had to call the police.

it was a total catastrophe and i never lived there again and this was all in 1 week.
