I think its because I ran out of meds and am stressed out and not sleeping.

I see the pdoc on Monday. so hopefully I can get meds then. until then I'm pretty much dying from having no meds.

I know what that's like. This is why you shouldn't drink with Ambien or benzos. It makes the withdrawal a lot worse. But for right now, maybe you should take an extra Xanax if you have it. If you don't have it, maybe you should have a beer. Just thinking about what I would do in that situation.

I think ima have a beer. even though it makes my stomach hurt. cause its called Not Your Fathers Root Beer and so it has alcohol with spices. I have no Xanax.

Sounds good, if you have a piece of bread or something bland try eating that so your stomach hopefully won't get sick. If you're out of Xanax you might need to go to the ER if it gets really bad. I'm serious, you can't go cold turkey off benzos. Don't be afraid. They can give you an emergency benzo there so you don't have seizures.

omg I forgot about that. and ive been taking 4-5 pills a day! :0

It will be OK. The main thing right now is to see if you can get any rest tonight. So, don't get drunk on an empty stomach - that will make things worse. But hopefully a little alcohol will make you drowsy. I'm sorry you're going through this.

Also, drink some water if possible. You need to stay hydrated too.
