I'm watching Bates Motel on Netflix. It's not that bad. It's a show on what has led up to the movie Psycho. Theres a lot of psychological stuff. The writers could have taken some more time but they didn't.

My mum just read the stuff I wrote down and now she's trying to get me to phone the crisis Team number but I don't want to. They don't help me all they do is ask if I'm having thoughts to harm myself or others. I'll be OK I think. I don't have any plans to hurt myself. I'm just sick of being inside my head.
