Yes, they can if my apartment isn't clean and tidy. But I don't understand why they have been trying to drive me out for two months with all the crazy antics. Maybe so I wouldn't have an eviction on my record. I don't know.

But you haven't received any papers. What makes you think you'll be evicted? Did the landlord actually say you were going to be evicted? Or do you think you will be because of the mess.

Good morning I talked to one of the local Catholic churches today, I have an interview set up tomorrow to become a candidate for RCIA (becoming a member of the church) Hopefully it goes well. I'm feeling more positive about things.

Yes, the mess. That's the only condition under which they can legally evict a disabled person.

Do you pay the rent on time? If you do i dont see any reason why your landlord would evict you. Most landlords just care about the money, why would they risk losing a source of income because of the mess. I mean as long as it's tidy when/if you move out they shouldn't have any problems with you. I don't know much about how it works in the US but over here I think if you get made homeless the local council will give you emergency housing (if you don't have a job).

No, there won't be any emergency housing here. Yes, the rent is always early but they want me out. Probably because of the mess.

i took another nap and woke up to my mom calling me saying my sisters water broke while she was in another city far away from home. like 5 hours away from home. she doesnt have any insurance.

I would call the landlord and ask. If he says no then I would contact legal aid because I think they need to give you at least 30 days.

OK, my friend called the manager, who will never speak to me anymore, and he said they have no plans to evict me, which is total bull after the past two months of harassment. Anyway I have March to get everything done and move.

The jackhole downstairs is still sending up fumes. I'm dizzy and sick and tired.

Oh, the police and a social worker were here too.

finished the last chapter in Med Terminology and got a 95 for the overall grade for the class

when do you think youll finish school overall?

i will finish my medical coding program in may 2017, then take the national exam...hopefully pass.. and then get my certificate in medical coding!! then off to find a job doing that

how many weeks long are your classes? like mine are 8 weeks long.

the med terminology ones are 8 weeks, the other 2 are 16 weeks

Clinical coding seems really interesting. I was thinking of using it as a backup if I don't get into software development or net administration. The course here for it is only like a year part time. So two nights a week.
