Morning,

Hope everyone is ok!

I've just been out & bought some new shorts. Just got to pray we'll get some suitable weather to use them now this summer. Also walked past the college on my way back just to nosy.

Really irritating... talking to the sales assistant, I was fumbling words again. It's like I knew what I wanted to say but it just wasn't coming out. Weird. Wasn't doing that before all this **** came back.

Oh well... will just go out of my way to talk to anyone I can to gear myself up for my information session next week when I'll have to interact with people. I've no doubt I'll be taking a diazepam before that.

Still, I usually do fine in groups of new people where everyone doesn't know each other though... makes you feel more comfortable when everyone is in the same boat.

Good morning! Going to see my t in a few. I have a situation that I need help with. My old boyfriend wants to reconnect and catch up. I don't think my husband would like that though. I'm curious to see what he's been up to. I know it's wrong.

Good morning everyone.

I feel like **** so I'm going to take it easy today. I haven't really rested well in two months so my body is playing catch up.

I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing to talk to exes...

It is possible to keep in touch, or catch up without feelings resurfacing but hard to know sometimes. Some people think of it as a cardinal sin whilst for others it's the norm.

Still, probably best to tell your husband if you decide to otherwise if he finds out there might be unnecessary troubles!

I hope your T helps you figure it all out.

Thanks for replying! My t suggested talking to my ex via email and take it slow. My ex lives in my town so I'm hesitant about meeting in person. What surprised me is that my t said its OK not to tell my husband since nothing's going on. I mean it's only a friend and we're catching up virtually...no harm done. I gotta work on my story to tell him (my ex). Hey, BTW, I have Schizoaffective disorder just doesn't fly. I wish my life were different!

Yeah I think talking via e-mail sounds great. When I've been in touch with my last ex it has normally been via text or facebook messenger, but I've stopped talking to her now.

I don't know the circumstances with you & your ex... but I guess tell him as much as you are comfortable with or he needs to know. Outwith that, no point stressing yourself about it. Certainly a difficult one to broach though!

I could get 30ml but that would cost $600. 2ml lasts about a week apparently =]

I think I put my vape on about 190C.

CBD is the one that's apparently almost as good as an antipsychotic. It's only 10% as hallucinogenic as THC (The one that gives the high).

Most people don't get hallucinogenic effects anyways. Although for me I trip out. But eventually you build tolerance and benefit from it's magical medicinal effects =]

Hi everyone, hope you guys are okay. I had a little problem few days ago but everything is okay now

I envy anyone who has a nice weather, rainy season or dry season here are pretty much the same. It's hot, it's humid, it's ewwwww. My A/C is about time to get some service as well but I am not in the mood to summon some strangers into my room. So I've been sleeping with an open mouth towards the fan (please don't imagine lol )
