After a few months of will I wont I
I've finally decided to dye my hair black, it's been a long time since I've seen my hair its natural color and I liked it when it was black (my hair color is naturally black) and I've had people tell me that "dyed black hair always looks dyed" and that "naturally black hair is not uniform black"

Well, I can officially say that that is not true. My hair is 100% black all over my hair and its uniform in color.
The thing is, I'm not dying my hair JET black only natural black. That way when I stand in the sun my hair looks brown and not blue

Either way black dye rinses out of my hair really quickly for some reason.
So here's to hoping the black dye stays in my hair and also here's to hoping I look good with my natural hair color
Thanks for this!

Hey, Kori, i used to dye my hair black in the 80's. It looked great. I haven't used hair dye, though, since about 2003. Now that I am getting more and more gray I'm thinking I'll either let it stay gray or dye it lavender or blonde, just to see. If I'm right and lavender works for me, I'll probably stick to that.

Not sure why but I'm feeling so crappy lately. I keep having to take naps, like one after another. :/ And I'm missing my favorite 45 days of the year. As soon as the solstice hits, that's the end. It all starts to disappear.

Hi guys!

This is going to be the song I walk down the isle to. 'My Gallant Hero' - 'Mo Gille Mear'. I think it suits, as I'll be walking down the isle to my hero, the one that keeps me strong and has been with me through it all; my gallant hero.

You guys should give it a listen, beautiful rendition of an 18th century poem performed by a university choir in Dublin.

Can't sleep at all tonight, really sucks. My mind keeps obsessing over suicide and my voices are back after being gone for so long.

Wish I could be better for longer than a few weeks

Morning guys...

Atrocious weather here. Oh well, at least it gives me an excuse to veg about indoors.

Although I have been out today. Went to the phone store... my sim only plan finishes in August so I was considering what to do next.

The overwhelming answer, is that whatever happens I will be switching from Apple. Their phones are just too expensive & have too little storage at lower price contracts. Didn't realise basically all other phone brands have micro-SD slots these days... so the storage on the phone itself doesn't matter.

After talking to a guy there who seemed very knowledgeable, I am leaning towards a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016 model). I had thought the A3 but the extra upfront cost seems worth it for the extra features of the A5. (i.e. fingerprint sensor, 1080p screen, slighty higher spec)

The other likely option is a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua which is cheaper again but I certainly took to the A5 I tried instore.

I can upgrade at any point, so reckon I'll do it next month. Will give me time to weigh up my options (i.e. I can't afford the upfront costs this month so can't rush into it. )

I think the only thing I'll miss is syncing my music easily from iTunes. In every other way it allows me to keep costs down as much as possible whilst still getting an 'upgrade' in terms of specs/features.

to you guys who are struggling...

I take it for granted sometimes that I am pretty fortunate to be stable off APs with mild symptoms, even if they can be a pain sometimes.

I switched from Apple to Android and I use a Samsung phone and tablet, I love them both and it was totally worth the switch. I think Apple products are nice and everything but I also think they're overrated and overpriced. Another deal breaker for me was that iPhones are so damn expensive and so damn fragile. I had an iPhone 6 Plus and the screen shattered by itself, I didn't drop it or anything and I always kept it in a case. It was a total waste of money.

The phone I have now? I've dropped it, sat on it, etc and it doesn't even have a scuff on it.

I miss the being able to sync my music more easily, too. But to me that's really the only downside to switching.
Thanks for this!

Glad to hear the switch went well for you!

What Samsung phone do you use now?

I'm pretty much sold on the A5. I've been watching YouTube reviews but these people always seem to have terribly high standards, comparing them to the top range phones which seems silly to me since there will always be compromises.

However... I know there are other brands out there that might be an option. I am somewhat limited by mobile phone provider though. I think Samsung is a pretty safe route to go though.

Admittedly I have a lower end phone right now due to my iPhone shattering well before my contract was up, but it still gets the job done and I'll be fine with it until September. I'm also considering the A5 model when I do upgrade.

I need that. I have the s6 active, and I broke the screen a month after getting it and had to pay a 100$ insurance deductible for a new one.

I really like the galaxy models, I have a really old one right now but it does everything that I was able to do on my iPhone so it doesn't matter much to me.

The tempered glass screen protectors will be a must have when I get a phone that has a bigger screen, I do drop my phone a lot.

Hi everyone. I'm sorry I've been quite. I want to crawl into a corner and hide forever. I feel like everything is suddenly so much harder and I'm sinking fast. It scares me.

P.S. iPhone owners: otterbox is extremely worth the $60 for the defender series cases. I've had two iPhones in like 5 years. Each I'm a case. When I upgrade and take it out of the case, they look brand new. No scratches, dents, nothing. Higher resell value!
