But it exhausts me to think of having to go someplace new for health care. I haven't ever been so exhausted in my life. Maybe I'm just dying or something.

I bought some tea today. A box of peppermint and a box of sleepy time vanilla. Still have some chamomile left over too. Hopefully they help me relax and curb my appetite.

Maybe it's just low motivation? I get that way too. I know mental illness does that to you.

Ugh
Possible trigger:
I need to start being healthy, starting tomorrow. I ordered a workbook on overeating/bingeing and am in a group that discusses these issues

Purging is so damaging to ur body. I know it's hard to stop once you've started doing it. It's such a hard thing to break. Thinking of you

It's good that you're in therapy to help you with your eating disorder. I don't have an eating disorder but I find myself having an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. I do what feels good at the moment and not what is healthy for me in the long term.

Weed doesn't make me paranoid. Alcohol does but weed makes me sooooo anxious i wish it didn't.

Although that was just THC. My first joint was nice although it made me a little psychotic but it was fun because it was over within a few hours.

im not manic or psychotic right now. im just very lonely and desperate for company. im alone 10 hours out of the day. thats not working for me, to be alone with only friend who is sick with cancer. i drink to escape the mind numbingness of the hours i sit alone.
