I talked to my pss.

She suggests i take the whole semester off and goto more groups and meet people and practice being around people cuz im so scared of people. Rather than jumping into a new school.

I guess i will be going to groups more often now and i will be busy every morning.

Forgive me...

I...havent been taking me meds regularly....i forget my gabapentin and take it all at night...sometimes skip my haldol.........i......i opened up to my pss.

So I took a probiotic pill and my stomach is giving me anxiety. What's up with that???

I'm going to start taking a probiotic pill a day along with my other supplements now hoping it will have good long term benefits for my flora. I can't find much actual science on it though.

It's okay, Newtus. And sorry if I came off harsh, but that's the reality I faced daily at the university I went to. Also, I would steer clear from the professors that think they have the answers. I tended to like the ones that had the questions. Trust me on this.

I wish I had more to say and opinions to offer and advice to give I'm sorry guys I'm just a mess with no social life or social experience and currently no job so I just bum around all day trying to keep it together.

Maybe its cuz I hadn't been taken my meds and been basically self-medicating and taken them when i wanted to.

Well you just gave it like 10 billion bacteria that's why...sometimes I get a reaction with a new brand of yogurt and this is the same thing......

Um according to my pill bottle 150billion per capsule. I wanted to do this right since Lithium and Lamictal wrecked my system, so I wanted to give it a jolt. Online it says antibiotics help with anxiety and depression not cause it! lol Cheese and rice!

There's 40 probiotic strains in it too. It's some heavy duty **** cost me a lot. Ill go down to the regular stuff after this. I just want my digestive system to go back to normal. :-/
