I can relate with everyone here on the weight thing....I used to weigh 150 lb for the longest time, but then around 24-25 years old and later I started putting on weight. Yesterday I weighed in at 193 lb. I hate it.

Yeah it can. I think more so with resistance training though.

Sunday is the only day that the gym is closed. I wish I could use it. If they didn't lock the door, I could still use the machine. Maybe I'll check it after the smoke break.

Oh you guys... I've had weight problems since I was young. I'm in the mid 200s and that's after losing almost 70 lbs and gaining almost 10 lbs back lol.

Ultimately happiness and fitness is my goal, but number wise I want to lose almost 50 lbs minimum.

You're going to the gym right? You'll lose it. And you'll gain strength and fitness. Your entire body will thank you.

The more muscle you pack on the more calories you burn because your muscles burn calories even while you're sleep. They burn calories all day and night long. Also, sweating releases toxins from your body, helping your metabolism do what it's suppose to do.

Oh yeah, I go to the gym min 3 times a week with a trainer but I usually aim to go 5 times a week.

I just need to get my diet more in check and eat less junk food and it'll disappear. Trying to incorporate more cardio as well instead of JUST weight lifting which I love lol.

In a couple months I won't be able to eat gluten anymore so that'll probably be a good push to get that weight gone.

God, highschool acquiantances want to be facebook friends now since I told my old child hood friend happy birthday. Sigh there are reasons I do not want a single high school acquaintance on my facebook. Because I have a crazy ex and I don't even want to see her face suggested friends.

I've been struggling with some eating disordered tendencies for the last... six years or so with restricting. Some could argue I've had binge eating issues for longer hahahaha.

So sometimes it's hard to keep in the healthy mindset with losing weight.

That's why I don't use my real name. I don't need people IRL knowing my business. I used to post all the time now I've abandoned Facebook again. It's too overwhelming for me. And to be honest I get tired of reading about their minuscule problems. They have no idea.

I've managed to filter out most of the toxic people in my life, and on Facebook. It gets tiring hearing about politics though, because a lot of my friends are political. I used to do the same, but since I've been dealing with worsening mental illness, I simply do not have the energy to keep up with it anymore.
Thanks for this!

Awwwww man, my meds took me right now. Lack of sleep catching up to me I don't want to do anything.

At least I'm not having psychotic symptoms now...? I think the latuda is starting really to help. At least fleeting paranoid thoughts. Not the long term delusions though.

You may need more than one ap. I take Latuda and haldol. The two have really helped. The only worry I have is when my kids are away. Sending them off to school is a big source of anxiety for me.
