I had a dream that someone I know died. I worry that if I say their name it's going to come true. It's come true before in the past I'm cursed. I hope they're okay.

Every morning i wake up im a little more depressed about my weight.

I havent been eating very healthy lately cuz i have no groceries of my own. Been eating my dads food.

Ive been walking a bit more. Changing up a bit how i do things. Like instead of driving to the mailbox, been walking.

But ever since ive been up longer at night (til 12 or 1) ive been eating around that time.

I need a complete diet overhaul.

Ive almost gave up because i havent lost anymore weight. Its depressing. And its not like im at a good weight either so i cant just give up...

I've put on almost 10 pounds the last few months because I started going to the gym less and eating so much crap food.

Getting back on track lately. Going to the gym more and stopped eating so much crap food. Just need to cut out the soda (think I'm done with this now) and alcohol. Still tempted by salty snacks 🤤

It is depressing. I'm not too happy with the weight gain. My good jeans aren't going to fit.

Im just tired of wearing size 15 jeans. That's embarrassing!!! And its not just my jeans. I have to wear a larger shirt because i have a belly. Im so embarrassed and disgusted by myself. I think everyone compares themselves to other women. There is always going to be someone smaller.
I understand wanting to lose weight for you. When I decided to lose weight it was for me and my family. I was huge and unhealthy. I busted my *** to lose that weight.
Yep sounds like the makings of an eating disorder. You are not a fat pig.

I've put on another 10lbs myself... diet not going well so far. My dad even said "I'm not used to seeing you that shape" ... commenting on my pot belly.

I really hope I can lose weight and stay on my meds since they are working well. Just have to put in more effort...

I'm the same as newtus... I want to lose weight for me and so I can fit in all my clothes again.

I have tons of clothes from when i was 120-130 pounds. I dont want to give them away but idk if ill ever get back to that. Ive been above 160 for a year and a half now

Not even from 130. More like when i was 110-120

All my clothes are size 6 I'm currently almost an 8. So the only jeans that fit are the stretchy ones. I'm 138 right now. I have 8 lbs to lose and it's the hardest so far.

I am not optimistic about this last 8 lbs. I can't cut out too much more food. I don't usually eat too much. I need to run but I'm too lazy. When I lost weight I was going to the gym 5 days a week. I did lots of weight training which I loved. That's what I need to do. I would feel better if I did it.

Yes I believe exercise is important in losing weight because it can change your metabolism as well as burn calories.

I'm still hoping to start running again. I think it might be easier to do now I've got on top of my drinking.

I'm sure you can lose those 8lbs!

My son wants to do longer races so I'm looking into 10ks. Not for me. Running a 5k is hard enough. But it would be nice to run with him. Of course everything is a race to him so he'd leave me in the dust.
I felt fantastic when I ran. My son says he feels better now that he runs everyday. More energy release of endorphins all that fun stuff. Just goes to show what exercise can do.
