I was writing in my notebook again today. Haven't written in about a month. I feel this vague sense of paranoia but idk not like completely freaking out. But a bit there.

I left work on my lunch break and cried. I ended up calling my boss and was like sobbing and stuttering . I feel bad and got overwhelmed . He said i didn't have to come back tonight.im in my bed now. I just freaked out idk

You can use cbt for depression. Pick 3 things you enjoy and do all of them at once, you need to do 3 senses usually. Ie burn a candle or incense while listening to music and flipping through a favorite magazine or website.

Yes they never answer and the 1 time I talked to the desk person he was rude to me which I don't get cause he's always been rly nice to me. And I think they don't like me. And that's why .

Thanks Yeah, I realize I'm actually kind of am doing that already. I'm at work trying to get my hackintosh setup on my laptop working while listening to music on my desktop.

That might prove to be stressfull asf. lol computers always stressed me out if one thing went wrong. What music are you listening to?

i slept with the window open once while it was really cold and rainy outside and i was cold but too lazy to close the window and the next day my throat was sore and i had a runny nose and a cough

since then its progressively gotten worse,
but today it wasn't as bad...

it still sucked to go to work sick, though

I'm sorry you aren't feeling great.
Yay for no voices. Just remember that the meds do that.

The worst part is the doctor KNEW he was scheduling me for 2 weeks out so why didnt he give me refills? The receptionists tried to say 2 months was the only time he could probbably schedule me for cuz he was booked.
