I think i got there too late but apple app store and bestbuy.com were messing up. I think it was 10 min too late. Damn.

Tim’s is a chain of what started just as coffee and donuts but has expanded into breakfast food and other food. Mostly sandwiches and wraps. Founded by Canadian hockey player Tim Horton in 1964 it was bought out by Burger King in 2014. It has a major presence in Canada but it slowly moving into the US and the rest of the world.

Today is a day of eating.

Parents are up here and it’s my mums birthday. We all (mum, dad and me) have our birthdays this month so we are going out for a joint birthday meal at a Greek place tonight.

But, that’s not all. We’re going to this little Italian place to get their amazing minestrone soup for lunch.

My voices are definitely a bit worse at the moment. For some reason they are bad for like 30 mins after I wake up. I figure it’s just because I’m zoned out and not distracted like at other times of the day.

The main thing is they are still repetitive. It’s when they get more conversational that I start listening and wondering about what they say.

I do have blips like this from time to time. Hopefully they’ll be quiet again soon...

Do you ever stuff them in a cage inside your mind?

That's what I do and push them as far back as possible but don't get me wrong I still hear them!

No any attempt to consciously ignore them doesn’t work for me. I was once told some people can make their voices quiet by telling them only to talk at a certain time of day. Seems like a novelty to me.

What does work for me is just keeping busy. The more distracted I am, the less I hear my voices.

I know edge was blazing fast before, they've just loaded a bunch of features.

DayQuil is nice but if you've got a fever you may have the flu you're gonna feel like crap for a week if so.......sleep......fluids......sleep
