I am barely awake
My meds have been making me more and more sleepy lately, well, my night meds anyway My morning meds don't make me sleepy I hate artificial sleep It makes me feel like a roboto that the doctors are trying to control |

Cbt will work for depression.....if you don't have the time energy you might want to try the woebot.....he's a fun little guy and teaches the basics of cbt in like five minutes a day.

my grandmother has been visiting me in my sleep. I was dreaming about West Virginia, spiders, having a screaming match with a family member. Nan was there in most of my dreams last night.

My grandmother passed away 10 years ago. I've never seen her pop into my dreams a whole lot like now. She may or may not been trying to send me a message.
However... It's not the main reason why I think what I think. I'm hearing voices tell me that my last days are coming up... Too many signs. |

You know it's funny when sometimes you think something is brilliant then you go back and read it are like what? I opened Evernote after about a year of not using it and found this gem....haha...
Some play on when life hands you lemons? I think I was reconsidering writing a book and titling it some lame variation of life gives you lemons....hopefully this was at four In the morning or something at least because I know I wasn't drinking..... And this is why we have editors haha.....

Bf is coming over today. His schedule was messed up this week. So hes off today and tomorrow. Which is also my dads days off, so no sex this week. And also which means ill be alone Friday through Sunday. But its ok i guess.

Good morning! At my program. Got 3 groups today.
How is everyone? Gonna go home later and clean. Then relax. Its a rainy day. Doing well with eating normal again. Its day 4. Got a long way to go.

Sometimes I think about flushing my meds down the drain and the only thing stopping me in the back of my mind is that they weren’t fully covered under my insurance so I paid some money for them.
